This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! One they lied and said it was an Econo Lodge. They are not as they lost that rating in May!! The wet towels from the previos guest were in the bathroom and if you want to sleep on the floor then thats what the beds felt... more

Tub was ready to fall through the floor. Hair in floor and black crust around the doorknob. Under the bed were bottles left by someone else. Beds uncomfortable carpet were filthy. Sticky film all over TV. Wear your shoes no matter what. This is a disguisting place. I was with a tour group so I had to stay. Never again... more

I went with some friends to descend upon Captain George's Seafood one Friday evening and we just needed somewhere to "sleep it off" :) The room was OK..slept good, saw no roaches or spiders. The shower has TWO heads and plenty of hot water, which was nice GREAT location...near EVERYTHING The building needs new carpets and the outside needs attention,... more

Where to even begin..I came to Williamsburg for the second time in about 2 months. First time was for fun/vacation and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express...it was GREAT!..this time we came for a wedding with our extended family and we all stayed at the same hotel. The price seemed to fit since we only need to be here... more

We chose this hotel because of it's location. It was late, we had been driving all evening in the pouring rain and we were just exhausted. The price of $55/night seemed like a steal. Soon after unloading our things we began to discuss moving to another hotel in the morning. The room was outdated and dirty, it just felt icky,... more

BEWARE: I made reservations for last weekend, OH MY, the staff was nice, when I was given my keys to go to my room, and this is it all began. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in, the rooms stink, the bathroom was dirty with red stuff all on the sink, and the carpet was worn... more

Pleasantries: Staff was alert and responsive. Unpleasantries: Beds/Boxsprings -- worn out and uncomfortable. Carpet -- old, worn and dirty. Plumbing -- very slow drain in both sinks and shower tub; toilet had to be 'plunged' on 3 occasions (during 3 night stay). Furniture -- old/dated, but servicable. Telephone -- POTS, Analog, 1 phone jack, occupied by phone. I did not... more

We arrived at this hotel after a long day at Busch Gardens. It was around 10:45pm. We walked in the room and I was immediately grossed out by the smell. I turned the sheets down and they had hair and other particles on them. They WERE NOT clean! The bathroom had stuff all over the floor and the shower was... more

We checked in in at 3:45 PM and checked out at 4:01. Fortunately the booking agent honored the 4:00 cancellation deadline even though it was one minute past. The staff was very polite and accomodating but the property was extremely run-down, dirty, and depressing. I am suprised that Econo Lodge would allow their name to be associated with such a... more

No microwave, fridge, hairdryer, coffee maker. Rooms were old, bathroom was in sad shape. Tile was dirty, tub was dirty, tub held water when you showered. We got what we paid for. The only perks were the price and location, and the pool. Next time I will spend a little more to get a little more, though. more
