Since 2011, we have been visiting Busch Gardens & Water Country USA monthly during their seasons, so need an overnight stay. In the past, we've stayed at Country Hearth for almost all of the stays. While it has never been fancy, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good and the free breakfast was acceptable - all we needed for a... More

Room smelled, hair in tub on arrival, Huge urine stain on mattress pad on one bed. I turned it up so housekeeping would see it and all they did was remake bed. Gross!! Pool and pool area were not ready to use and this was end of June. Will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.... More

Wow, where do I start? The room smelled horrible when we first walked in. It was musty and had a chemical odor. The bathroom was old, with mold everywhere. Cobwebs and dust were having a field day. If we hadn't prepaid, we would have hightailed it out of there! My family will never let me live this one down!

Very affordable and close to attractions. Not a fan of the breakfast, but there was a great place to eat just down the road. The room was clean, but had a musky smell at first. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the pool. It was very clean and had a grilling area.

Reviews weren't all that hot when I looked online, but it was last minute trip. When I arrived late night, I found the clerk to pleasant and the rooms were SPACIOUS! Had a little musty(smoky) smell, but after cutting on the air..it went away. My room had a phone, fridge, micro, hairdryer and pretty decent WI-FI. Bed were comfortable and the tv worked... More

Great location. Shopping and amusement parks close by. Room has outdated furniture. Worst part....couldn't sleep because we discovered BED BUGS!!!! This coupled with horrible service makes this place not worth the trip. If I were to notebook at this location it would only be in the car of an emergency. We never plan to return to this hotel.

We reserved this place unseen after a travel conference in Atlantic City with plans to spend a day or two in the Colonial Williamsburg area. But, a call from our son necessitated a return home sooner rather than as scheduled so we left a day early. Not that we felt bad about leaving this motel. It was adequate, but not... More

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Our room smelled like cat urine. There was mold all over the bathroom. Thank goodness this was a ONE night stay on the way to Myrtle Beach. We will not be staying here again, and warn anyone we know nit to stay here.

Just had the misfortune of staying in this place, unfortunately as a green overseas visitor I had booked ahead. The rooms are disgusting, the seats were filthy one had mould on it, they were only held together by the material, the springs were on the floor. Breakfast was a joke, first morning no milk reception had to go out and... More
