The golf courses are beautiful and a pleasure to play on and the golf staff was also good. The lazy river was pretty crowded unless you got there early and camped out for the day you probably wouldn't get a good seat. The shuttles are dependable and comfortable so you don't have to drive to the attractions. The condo apartments... More

We have been very pleased with our prior stays at this resort. We have booked 2 units on each visit through our time share and they have tried to get the units as close together as possible. Three outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Many other activities on site including a BBQ wagon and upscale restaurant. Outdoor grills if you... More

We did an rci timeshare exchange here. Upon checking in, we found the front desk very helpful and friendly. The unit was in the cottage section, which has cottages that are duplex units. This is great compared to past condos we have visited where you hear the people walking and talking above your unit. The unit needs some updating. The... More

I think bethkris should stay at home in Pa. She sounds as if she is on the heavy side and is a germophobe. People like that should remain at home. She is a very negative person. We first bought at the Cottages, then the Townes and have combined our investment and own The Estates. We own several timeshares and enjoy... More

We take very few vacations and I take my time looking at places to go when we do decide to go somewhere. We chose the townes and a 2 bedroom unit (113B). There is a galley kitchen and when you first walk in the first thing you notice is the drawer on the bottom of the stove is damaged. In... More

Just spent a week in a 3 bedroom cottage , we rented a owners time share so cannot speak as to how it is renting directly from resort. First the Pros: The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were nicely kept. Bush Gardens is a 5 min drive and the... More

Took a mid week mini vacation to Williamsburg, Virginia with another couple and stayed at the Townes at King's Creek Plantation. The resort grounds were pleasantly landscaped well maintained with plenty of grills, picnic tables and trash cans available. There are several outdoor pools and an indoor aquatic center as well as at least 2 playgrounds and a miniature golf... More

We stayed here for our vacation this year. It is close to all the historic sites which was a plus. Kids liked the pool and the mini golf on site. Kitchens had all the cookware we needed. Beds were comfy and had plenty of room in the 2br units. Bathrooms were great, especially the jacuzzi tub in the master. Can't... More

We rented an owners timeshare in the townes for a week. The resort was nice. Beds were good and kitchen was well stocked. There are tons of grills and trash cans throughout the resort. There are lots of activities to do and big pools. My only complaint is that the wifi is awful. At least in 119. In a day... More

My wife and I stayed at King's Creek with our two godsons, age 9 and 7, and it was the perfect vacation destination for a family of four. My wife and I do not have any children, and we spent a week at an adults-only all-inclusive resort in Jamaica earlier this summer. So we werent expecting to be overly-impressed by... More
