I have stayed there many times and while I enjoy the property, I was scammed by their sales person for the marketing dept. They called my room REPEATEDLY to try and sell me a package for a future stay which seemed like a good deal. Low and behold when I went to redeem it the terms were NOT what I... More

Do not waste your money at this resort! We checked in our room and got settled. An hour later we found out the people in the room downstairs had also already booked and paid for our room. They double booked the room. We were told we had to leave the room at 10:30 at night and they would give us... More

It was a diverse and all parties we stayed in a four bedroom lockout which was absolutely the bomb diggity it was very nice on the inside very spacious nice fireplace. We were close to the pool and even though the pool indoors was a little small the hot tub was very nice and the park where the kids could... More

Williamsburg is about two hours drive from the Washington, DC metro area, so that makes staying at the Historic Powhatan Resort the perfect getaway. We met up with my family from the South there for an overnight stay, but boy do we wish that we had made it a long weekend. The accommodations are basically townhouses on a vast resort... More

We have stayed here a few times and we love it! My daughter had a cheer competition in Richmond and we decided to stay in Williamsburg. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit on the lower floor. The last few times we stayed in remodeled units and they are very nice. The units are very clean, staff are nice and... More

A spacious well thought out collection of town houses around a rebuilt 18th century mansion. Good on site facilities, helpful staff and very close...a few miles ..,from Williamsburg itself. An excellent centre for exploring Jamestown and Yorktown as well as colonial Williamsburg. Very quiet when we arrived but livened up for Thanksgiving. Good indoor pool but outdoor pools closed as... Whatever you do don't trade to stay at this resort and DO NOT use their clothes dryers. They have no respect for their resort visitors when there is a problem by misleading them and saying follow this protocol and we will take of it. First there is an additional $10 plus tax, per day, charge for facility use and maintenance... More

Your review is appreciated. Please note all resort fees are listed on all reservation confirmations for your viewing prior to arrival. It is unfortunate for us that the said events occurred while visiting our resort as we only wish for our guests to enjoy themselves while vacating with no disturbances. Our management team has been in contact regarding the unhappy... More

Beautiful resort in an excellent location for exploring the Historic Triangle area. There are two units, up and down, in each house, with parking outside of the units. The units themselves are lovely and spacious, in excellent condition. It even had a working fireplace! Clean, safe, luxurious: Couldn't ask for more.

First off I want to say that this review is about our dining experience, not the overall resort experience. Our family comes here every year and we enjoy our stay for the most part. But this year we decided to try the Bar and grille on the grounds. WORST dining experience we have ever had. We called ahead of time... More

We stayed at this resort thru our timeshare for Memorial Day weekend. Most timeshare resorts are outdated and receive a lot of complaints (from what I have read). However, we had a nice time here. The rooms were typical apartment style rooms with a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. We had a patio out back and there were... More
