These resort is absolutely terrible. We were hit with a snowstorm on our way and was unable to make it. I called to get my refund. First the manager on duty, (barbara) said we checked in, then when that was cleared 40minutes later. They refused the refund although it was due to inclement weather. more

We stayed at the Powhatan and everything was excellent. I called the week before and asked for an updated room. It had granite counter tops, new mattresses, air conditioning, hot tub. Very nice.
