I can't believe other reviews don't mention after you check in you are ushered to another desk that either wants to stop by your unit to ask 'how you rate the facility' (literally 20 mintues after you check in) and will give you a free gift or invite you to a free breakfast where a sales rep talks to you.... more

I was first disappoint when i learned that the Deluxe suites does not have jazzuci anymore. They took them out when they remodel. That really takes away from the suites. The mattress was horrible. We, along with another couple, stayed at the Wyndham Kingsgate for four nights. We each had 1-BR suites and thought we got a great deal! The rooms are clean and well decorated/furnished. Amenities are fine. Recreational facilities are top notch. Our biggest complaint is that in-room Wi-Fi is available but at a cost (not a good thing). more
