My wife and three children stayed here in the middle of June. The hotel upgraded us upon request. THe rooms are nice, I would agree with some of the previous reviews about the size of the rooms. You get what you pay for and for a $100 a night and being able to stay in a safe place that provides... more

My family of 5 stayed in a Q/Q suite from July 2 - 5, 2008. When I booked, I had hoped that some of the negative reviews were exaggerated ....they were not. We were in room 413. I will say that the bedding was clean - but the overall appearance of the room is that it is really in need... more

Smelly. The staff was polite enough but the property is well used; actually ridden hard. Could use a good scrubbing. Has window unit A/C, odd in a "higher end" hotel. more

We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites while on a class field trip to Williamsburg. Not only were the staff very competent in handling such large groups, but the rooms were very comfortable (nice mattresses!) and clean! Trust me, I'm a neat freak, typically traveling with some type of cleaner to do a once-over, and this room/bathroom were in great shape!... more

We stayed at this hotel from March 31st - April 3rd of 2008. We found the staff very friendly, especially Tina Smith who was on the front desk when we arrived and made sure that everything was to our liking, and Thomas Sims who greeted us and sat down at our table the first morning we were having breakfast. to... more

We booked three rooms and stayed here for 2 nights during spring break. I knew it would be crowded, but I did not know so many school groups had booked into this hotel at the same time. We were on the first floor so it tended to be noisy and crowded when these groups were coming and going. Suites were... more

I stayed at the hotel in June 2007. It had a friendly staff and had good parking. The room had comfortable beds, good climate control features, great pillows, and a clean and nicely decorated look. The bathroom area had a separated design (bathtub/shower and toilet in a room and a sink and vanity and mirror just outside). I loved this... more

Got this hotel for a steal on priceline ($40) on a night the hotel website quoted it at $119. It was an amazing room for that amount of money. The beds were comfortable. The room was perfectly clean. I loved the high ceilings. It would have been worth paying full price. more

Our family had 3 rooms at this hotel for our Jamestown Settlement visit. Great location-close to Jamestown and other attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the same highway. The hotel has an attractive exterior and lobby. The breakfast and staff were great. My only issue with the rooms was the linens were thin and wrinkled. Since the pillowcases... more

A huge room complete with king-size bed, sofa, chair, large bathroom and a separate room with sink, fridge, coffeepot, microwave oven, and work desk. Free internet access. Plenty of space for storing clothes and suitcases. Many channels on the TV, including Food Network (a biggie for us :-D). Everything was clean and new-looking. All of this for $85 per night.... more
