Stayed two nights at the beginning of May 2011 and wanted somewhere to complement our trip to the historic Williamsburg and wasn't disappointed. The Inn was ideally located 20 minutes outside the Colonial area, which was no problem to walk. Our host, Fred, guided us around the area on a map and even sold us the Internet tickets for the... This is a must stay if you are visiting the Williamsburg area. We know, because we are innkeepers. Jane and Fred do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. Jim and Linda Munro www.kornerkottage.com

The Inn is about a 20 min walk into the heart of Williamsburg. The Innkeepers are very helpful with sightseeing tips/restaurants etc. The Inn itself is very well maintained and furnished to a high standard. It is spotless. We would not hesitate in staying again or recommending. We very much enjoyed our time with you and our Royal wedding discussions!... More

My family of 4 with two teenagers enjoyed three nights with Fred and Jane just last week. They have a wealth of knowledge about the history and activities in the area, and are all too happy to share it with their guests. Breakfasttime was very pleasant, with choices including stuffed french toast, cinnamon raisin french toast, eggs and omlettes, and... More

My husband and I stayed at Bentley Manor on an anniversary vacation. Fred and Jane could not have been anymore welcoming and friendly. It felt like you were at home but better. The breakfasts were wonderful and the rooms were so comfortable and inviting. Fred and Jane were there to answer any questions and give suggestions and tips. The house... More

Our stay was truly wonderful! Jane and Fred are very welcoming, allowing us space to enjoy our time while being there when needed. The Inn is immaculate, the bed great and the atmosphere charming. Breakfast was amazing. You will not regret staying at the Bentley and we will be back!

My wife and I stayed at this charming bed & breakfast on the night of January 16th...our room...I believe the "Thomas Jefferson Room"... was not too large but just right for our one night stay. The bedding was quite comfortable with fresh, crisp bed linens. There was a plate of freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us in the inn's... More

Two friends and I booked three of the Bentley's four rooms for a three night "girl trip" to Williamsburg. The weather was very cold and a high wind made it bitter. The Bentley Manor and our hosts Fred and Jane made up for the weather with warm hospitality, an immaculate house and delicious breakfasts - the apple sour cream pancakes... More

Bentley Manor Inn may be our all time favorite bed and breakfast. Fred and Jane do everything to make your stay memorable. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the rooms were immaculate, and breakfast was something to look forward to each morning. Wine and cookies by the fire made stopping back at the inn each afternoon a treat. The... More

The host and hostess at Bentley Manor Inn are very warm and friendly persons. My wife and I really enjoyed connecting with them. They were very helpful in directing us to sights and events in Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. The location is adjacent to William and Mary College and about 1/2 mile from Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast was excellent and the... More
