Last visited December 2009 Just now reviewing. Every year our only daughter and her husband take a Christmas trip with us. We went to Williamsburg for the "Grand Illuminations." Not disappointing. Stayed at the Inn. Top notch. After a harrowing drive down I-95 from Baltimore in a KIA Sorrento (National Car didn't do me any favors on the Emerald Isle),... More

Everything about the hotel was great! The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We traveled with a small dog and the hotel was very accomidating. The restaurant there served one of the better meal I've had in a long time (you must get the ice cream cake!!). The fitness center at the Inn was excellent as well, very... More

I have lived in Williamsburg VA my entire life. I have driven by the Williamsburg Inn on many ocasions but never been a guest of the Inn. The other day when my wife and I were without kids I surprised her and took her to the Inn for Dinner and shall we say breakfast too :) What a treat! The... More

We were staying at Colonial Houses owned by Williamsburg Inn and it's a tradition for us to always go to the Inn for a mint julep. The bartender makes the very best mint julep in the world. Also, the dates stuffed with blue cheese were awesome.

I can't think of another hotel that is nicer. The attention to detail is spectacular. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, sofas and desks. Free wifi too. This hotel is beautiful and a joy to walk through. There is ample parking and super close to everything Williamsburg, including of course Colonial Williamsburg; of which it is right in the... More

I have travelled the globe and stayed in many top hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised when I recently took my family to the Williamsburg Inn for the first time. The bellmen, front desk, Concierge were friendly, helpful, and appeared to sincerely care that my family received the best experience. My son played golf at The Golden Horseshoe and thought... More

We stayed for two days and were unable to dine in the Regency Room or fully enjoy the outside terrace because of special events. Rooms absolutely beautiful. But some service details lacking. Towels not replaced one evening. No coffee maker in room, limited availability of coffee in common areas. Concierge misinformed about availability of Regency Room for dinner.

We had a wonderful four nights at the Inn. We had a small suite with a well appointed bathroom that had double sinks and plenty of counter space. We never had to request more towels as there were always plenty of extras on the tub. The staff were all gracious and eager to please. It was a delightful and relaxing... More

We have stayed at Colonial Williamsburg's colonial homes a number of times since 1971 and have never been disappointed. We always ask for the Brickhouse Tavern, which is ideally located on the Duke of Glouester Street, right in the middle of the historic area. You step out the door and into history. Halfway between the Capital and the Governor's Palace... More

We stayed in a house built in the 1700's. Williamsburg Inn has updated these rooms and furnished them with modern conveniences like flat screen TVs. Location is great immediately across the street from the historic village. Not recommended for kids. But, for a romatic getaway for two, it's great. Plus buoy can utilize the pool, spa, restaurants at the Inn.
