We are spending Christmas at thé Williamsburg Inn. Our Room and bathroom are enormous - a superior Room at $650 per night. Every comfort is provided. Newspaper of your choice at your door. At night turndown service includes refreshment of towels and lotions ( very fine size products), chocolate and bottled water with ice bucket filled on table. Staff is... More

At any time of year the Inn is a beautiful property but at Christmas time it is spectacular. Once again we went to Williamsburg for Illumination Night. Which should be on everyone's Bucket List. Our room was extremely nice and comfortable. Service is outstanding. Breakfast was very good and each night we enjoyed a hot buttered rum to take the... More

The Williamsburg Inn sets the standard in quality and service. This historic hotel and property provide everything its guests could wish for, from elegantly decorated rooms, to fine dining, to complementary bicycle rentals. The professional staff make you feel like you are at home and attend to every need. The decorations at Christmas time are tasteful and the multiple fire... More

A very nice property to stay in. Located steps away from the restored area, you don't have far to go for anything. They have a spa, bar, numerous public rooms for your use, golf course, tennis courts, gym, and bicycles. The rooms are very classic. A sitting area, comfortable beds, desk and huge bath. Our rooms had lots of windows... More

We have stayed at the Inn many times. Service is always first-rate and all the staff try hard to make sure your stay is perfect. The Regency Room is a superb dining experience, and room service has always been excellent, too. Our rooms have always been perfectly and beautifully appointed and extremely clean. There is no better location from which... More

I was six years old when my parents brought my brothers and I to Colonial Williamsburg. That was in 1961. It has been a family mainstay ever since. The Grand Illumination, The Williamsburg Inn, the decorations, the shops, the food--all just perfect. We are serious history buffs and only vacation where we can incorporate fun and learning. The additional expense... More

A beautiful, old historic Inn and we loved the hotel itself. The rooms are beyond spacious and every public space in the hotel was beautifully decorated and beaming with Christmas charm. Unfortunately, we had had a bad experience with billing and I will say, the manager came and made sure the problem was completely taken care of. The only problem... More

The Williamsburg Inn has always been a favorite part of our holidays. Thanksgiving and the Grand Illumination has always been wonderful here. The food and service is 5 star especially our favorite bartender Mark, always a professional and fun to talk to. Enjoy

I would say if you're going to Williamsburg and can manage it, try to stay at this property. It costs a bit more obviously, but it is well worth the visit, especially if you don't plan to be back to Williamsburg often or ever again. Even royalty stay here when they come to town! The hotel is situated on a... More

I have had the good fortune to stay at this grand property on two occasions and both were terrific. Genteel and classically southern. Great location and a very welcoming atmosphere. Last time we were there we shared the place with Christopher Plummer. Not sure he knew who we were but...! Anyway, a great spot to enjoy true Virginia charm. Oh,... More
