My family and I were here for a conference. The check-in process was simple, and the front desk explained how Colonial Williamsburg "worked" and the various options for passes. There was easy parking in a garage. We stayed in the Custis House and the room was very clean. I enjoyed the "colonial" furniture. The hotel was just a short walk... More

Outstanding facilities and amenities! ... Food is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is courteous and helpful. Excellent physical fitness facility with a well-maintained complement of swimming pools, cardio and strength equipment. If you have a chance to visit this premium facility - please take advantage of the opportunity.

This is our sixth time at the Lodge. It is by far the best location to stay in the restored area! The rooms ( in the additions--not the main lodge--) are large and comfortable. The check in staff is helpful and very friendly. The on-site restaurant is great for breakfast. AND the BEST part--you can WALK to every thing Williamsburg... More

I stayed for a convention. It was the first time on site after many family trips over the years. This booking convinced me that I had been missing a large part of the Williamsburg experience. My room included a "Colonial Pass." I could come and go into the historic district by walking across the street. The facilities that supported my... More

We stayed at the Williamsburg for two nights mid-week. The Lodge is gorgeous, friendly staff, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We chose the restaurant's breakfast buffet each morning and it was delicious with a nice selection. Just ask the chef to prepare your eggs if you want something other than the scrambled eggs. The Lodge is a... More

Visited the Lodge for a business conference and I must say that the facility, the service, and the food were all top notch! Every employee that I dealt with were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met for our entire stay. The grounds and common areas were immaculate and our conference rooms were well... More

This hotel, owned by Colonial Williamsburg, is about half the price of their Williamsburg Inn, but just as high a quality. The property is VERY well maintained, and the dining room has meals that are very affordable. And, it's only 2 blocks away from the colonial village and Duke of Gloucester Street.

The Colonial Williamsburg hotels and lodging houses are worth considering for any visit to Williamsburg due to their close proximity to the Revolutionary City. The Lodge is a short walk to Main Street and is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are superbly comfortable and furnished/decorated in colonial style including the ubiquitous rocking chair! Good WiFi also. Amenities I used were... More

There are some nice really cheap hotels outside of Revolutionary City but if you choose those over the Colonial Williamsburg hotels you will be sorry. The main street in Revolutionary City is just a stones throw from the Lodge and that in itself adds to your experience. Rooms are decorated in reproductions from the time period with big fluffy beds.... More
