Stayed here for the first time and the Lodge did not disappoint. We arrived before check-in time (around 11:30am), just wanting to drop off our bags and purchase our tickets to Revolutionary City. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was available and that we could check-in early. I know this doesn't happen often, but we were very grateful! Our... More

Definitely not a four-seasons but; The Hotel itself is inviting upon arrival, nice decoration, great service, LARGE, and homey. The location isn't great. But hey, right outside of the hotel to the right you are provided with a convenient bus shuttle which takes you to and from Colonial Williamsburg.. That is pretty satisfactory. The Lodge also offers a very nice... More

We stayed in the Nicholas Guest House which is a separate building from the lodge. The room was quite large and well appointed with lovely furnishings. It's really close to the historic area which is why we love to stay there even if it is a bit pricey. The only complaint I had was the shower. It was very hard... More

We frequently visit Williamsburg to visit our daughter, and this is the best place we have stayed yet. It was easy to find, and the location was great for getting into Colonial Williamsburg and going to William and Mary. There was plenty of parking, the staff was friendly, and the room was great. It was meant to look "colonial" with... More

We stayed here on a Golf/Spa package for the second year in a row. It is a very good value and even though it was too cold and snowy to golf the Spa made up for it. A good massage, steam room and whirlpool as well as fitness equipment in a relaxing environment made for a nice visit. Staff could... More

I went to a historical conference here in early March and had an excellent experience. Everything in terms of its hotel facilities were comfortable and first-rate. I would mention that I did not like the stiff foam rubber pillows or the fact that they do not use fitted sheets--but otherwise I found the stay a great value (room huge and... More

This place is great. We arrived early, just wanting to drop our bags, but lo and behold our room was ready and we were able to check in. Our room was very cute with a fireplace, a couch and a wonderful balcony, a small fridge, a nice size TV and good coffee maker.

We stayed here for two nights to attend a friend's funeral at Bruton Parish, which was an easy walk from the hotel. While we were there under very sad circumstances, the comfort, people and location of this property made for a pleasant experience. The bartenders in the lounge are great, as is the front desk staff. Our standard room was... More

We were there for a conference and I can't say enough good things about this place. It was so clean and comfortable, handy to everything. It was within walking distance to anything in colonial Williamsburg and the décor was luxurious. But the best thing about this Lodge is its people. Every one of the staff were friendly and helpful, whatever... More

Attended Williamsburg Antiques Forum and stayed five nights at the Williamsburg Lodge. Great hotel--pretty, comfortable and convenient to the historic area and the attractive shopping area just outside the village. Excellent food; A+ service. I look forward to a return trip.
