This is a typical business conference hotel. That means everything is overpriced because all of its customers are on expense reports. We had a small deluxe room. It was called deluxe and it was small. The swimming pool and parking lot are both across the street. Not bad for the parking but the pool was small. It is very convenient... More

The Williamsburg Lodge is located about two blocks from Gloucester Street, which runs down the center of Colonial Williamsburg. It is a large, ranging hotel, with numerous meeting rooms and several ballrooms. It has a good restaurant, an informal place to dine, a bar, and convenience store in the main building. There is very good (and free) wifi in the... More

Stay with family on a recent trip to Williamsburg. The location is fantastic, right near the middle of the historic area, walking distance to the Art Museums, even walking distance from downtown Williamsburg. The pool and tennis facilities are wonderful, as is the spa and indoor adult lap pool. Lots of amenities to enhance your visit. The FREE buffet breakfast... More

The rooms in the 'wing' we were in were very large. The air conditioning did not cool the room well due to the vent location. The parking was not great. We were directed to park in the underground garage. There were few spots to be had. The street parking was actually more convenient. The restaurant buffet breakfast was expense for... More

My wife and I attended a Conference at the Williamsburg Lodge, and we were very happy with the Lodge, and it's location. The rooms were a little small, but always clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to Colonial Williamsburg, shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the two outdoor pools.

First, let me say that I stay in hotels approximately 1/3 of the year, so one would say that I'm pretty-well traveled. Also, I don't take the time to leave reviews, however, my recent stay warrants my time for this review. First off, the floor creaked. There was no possible way to tip-toe from one side of the room to... More

The pre-check in was good as we arrived at the hotel early and they then sent an email telling us when the room was ready. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good layout and had everything we needed but the plumbing from the neighboring rooms was very noisy and also the floorboards were very... More

We recently revisited Williamsburg where we had lived for 5 years, moving 20 years ago. Finally, we were a pair of the "assistant taxpayers" that we had welcomed to our little town for so many years and we were not disappointed by anything the Lodge had to offer us. We arrived earlier than we had expected, but they had our... More

Once again, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The accommodations are just great! People/staff are very helpful, professional, and friendly. It is located at walking distance from Colonial Williamsburg; plenty of shopes, restaurants, and the College of William and Mary. For those who don't want to walk, they have a shuttle service available to take you to the... More

We are presently staying at the Lodge for a convention. When we checked in the person on duty failed to give us our room cards. When we arrived at our building at the lodge there were no rolling luggage racks, so we had to call for one to be brought over as well as the keys to our room. We... More

Please accept my most sincere apology. We clearly missed the mark in delivering your service expectation. I will speak with all related personnel, and more importantly, will hope you will come see us again. Anything less than a rave review is taken personally by the entire team. I'd love the chance to make this up to you. Please feel free... More
