Buildings, grounds, room, and staff are all very nice. Easy 1.5 block walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Discounted tickets. Free parking. Rooms are pricey... but given the proximity... probably worth it. We will most likely only come to Williamsburg once... and we're glad we stayed here... it had been recommended by friends.... Only negative we could find was the in-room TV...... More

Central location with easy access to Colonial Williamsburg. Great rooms decorated in historic themes but with all modern requirements. Friendly staff at the spa and pool area. Great amenities, including the pools (quiet pool for adults only), bikes for rent and gym. Only downside is that the Lodge is popular for weddings and over the Labor Day weekend, the wedding... More

We have stayed at the Lodge a number of times with consistently excellent service. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. The Lodge's proximity to the town is worth the additional price. We normally visit in the spring but visited in late August. It was a nice respite in the humidity to go back to the... More

A great location to all the activities in Williamsburg. The room is furnished in the expected colonial decor. Very comfortable. The staff was helpful and called us by name! My only complaint was that the parking was about a block away, across the street from the lodge. There were live entertainment in the bar and was soft enough that we... More

Returning from the Outer Banks of NC we spend a few days in Colonial Williamsburg and chose the Inn. We were close to everything and never moved the car, which was in a parking garage just a short walk from the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The thing we noticed was how quite it was, like no... More

Five of us stayed at the Lodge over the Labor Day weekend. This is where I always choose to stay when visiting Williamsburg, partly because you can walk to almost everything you want to see. The staff is always courteous and helpful and seems so glad that you came to visit. The Lodge was renovated a few years ago and... More

Williamsburg Lodge is located in the heart of the adventure for Colonia Williamsburg. Convenience to local activities could not be better. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is super friendly and attentive. If you need something, just ask.

Have been staying at The Lodge every visit for the past 15 years. Think it is nicer than The Inn, even though that has a 5-star rating. Service is always excellent, the bar serves great drinks and the restaurant is very good. The rooms are large and comfortable. A short walk to everything in the historic area. Highly recommended.

Access to historic area across the street-bus stop in front of hotel is great for drop offs around historic area. The Friday seafood buffet is a good choice. They also have a lounge area with lighter fare. Pool area is across the street at the Inn, Good choice of hotels. Staff very helpful and polite,

We stayed at the Lodge recently and had a fabulous stay. This time we opted for a suite room after the room we stayed in last time was quite tight when you add a pack and play crib. The suite was fabulous and had a whole separate sitting area with a couch and play space plus a kitchenette. On the... More
