I was at a Conference. The meeting rooms are very close, large and convenient. There are several places to have lunch in the hotel. Bright and good food. Reasonable. The room is comfortable and nice looking. You check into the hotel desk off of the road. The bedrooms are outback in modern cottages strung out down a lane.

This is a quiet lodge (conference center), walking distance to the Colonial area and its shops and restaurants. We were very surprised to find that the restaurants close around 9. So depending on what you are looking for, this may or may not be the right place for you. Our room was clean but very basic. The Inn is nearby... More

We enjoyed our stay in Historic Williamsburg.. The lodge is quite large. Our room was also very large, even had a fireplace but the weather was too warm to use it. It also had a nice patio with rocking chairs. It is a very clean place. Only thing lacking is enough hot water for two people to shower one after... More

If you are visiting Williamsburg, stay at the lodge. It is across the street from the historic area and more appropriate for kids than the Inn. Rooms are nice size with a sofa bed, table and desk. Outdoor pool at the Spa is very nice. Skip the breakfast buffet at Traditions. It is poor quality food and not worth it.... More

We have stayed at Colonial Williamsburg facilities many, many times. We did arrive at 3:15 p.m. The front desk clerk stated, your room isn't ready, why don't you go for lunch and come back in a couple of hours. That would be after 5:00 p.m. When checkin is 4:00 p.m. My husband stated that if the room wasn't ready at... More

We spent 3 nights at the Williamsburg Lodge and from beginning to end the staff was superb. From front desk to the doorman and even in the gift shop and restaurant, the staff could not do enough to make your stay more pleasant. The location of the lodge is perfect and the accommodations, although not grand, were quite comfortable. The... More

Have stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge a few times. Very convenient to historic Williamsburg - 1 black and you are there. Staff is friendly. I have stayed in the South building which has hardwood floors that are creaky. May not be good to be on the first floor and listen to those above you, but noise has never been an... More

Location was right in Williamsburg. We parked our car and never moved it for 3 days we just got up had breakfast walked across the street and were immediately in Historic... More

We decided to try a weekend away for the first time in 5 years. We had a marvelous experience. The Lodge was perfect. Music, peaceful, ideal location. We parked the car on Friday night and did not touch it again until we left on Sunday. From the Lodge, you can stroll to anywhere you want to go in Colonial Williamsburg.... More
