We stayed here as a couple and it is a lovely place to spend a weekend. The towels are so soft and absorbent...you know that you do not find that everywhere. The colonial decor is perfect for history appreciating folks including the pottery and the star spangled banner mirror in the cozy bathroom. The love seat on the room made... More

We stayed here over the 3 day President's Day weekend and we loved the hotel! Awesome, friendly customer service, the hotel was very clean and pretty. I was worried that it looked dated in a lot of the pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised. The decor in the rooms seemed old but it was fine. We got the breakfast package... More

I stayed with my wife who was attending a conference at the hotel. We ended up with the opinion that this hotel wasn't a great place to stay for a conference. There were too many quirks and annoyances. After we parked our car we took the elevator up to the ground level only to be totally confused as to where... More

Convenient and comfortable. We visited during the Illuminations. It was cold and wet and so nice o be able to head back to the hotel to warm up and dry off. Nice to park the car and leave it until we were ready to head home. Wonderful accommodations and staff. Breakfast was amazing every morning.

this was the second stay this year. Rooms are spacious, immaculate, staff are all very helpful and pleasant. We ate at the Friday night Seafood Buffet. The presentation was perfect, as was the quality of food(my husband could not get over the sweet, small, very fresh oysters). I do not eat sweets as a general rule, and although there was... More

Centrally located in Colonial Williamsburg, this is a great hotel. If you love folk art, the rooms and common area are filled with great examples. The room was spotless and the housing staff was very accommodating. We dined at the Lodge restaurant on two occasions and had a great experience both times. The food was excellent. My wife took in... I decided to stay at the Williamsburg Lodge to celebrate my 60th birthday on February 13th. I called in advance to ask for a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The decor of the room was ok. The room was very spacious and clean. The sofa bed was queen sized and comfortable. I was impressed with the... More

We're here at the moment. Everyone very friendly. Room a bit tired and basic for the price. Building we are in is more like an 80s conference building than colonial which is disappointing .Heating very noisy at night but needed it to be on because very cold. You get a discount in tickets if you stay here so don't but... More

While I have been to Williamsburg many times, this was my first in the winter and it was quiet allowing excellent service and wonderful conversations with costumed colonials. Many restaurants were closed; however the lodge had enough people in residence to keep it lively. Our room was very comfortable with a good bed, great washroom and lots of space for... More

You would be hard pressed to find a more conveniently located hotel in Williamsburg. Just a couple of blocks off the Main Street of the historic district and less than a ten minute walk to the Market Square shopping and restaurant area. The Lodge is a comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant oasis. The rooms are well appointed and the staff courteous... More
