We chose this hotel as I am a Marriott Gold member and the proximity to the Busch gardens. The hotel was close - 10 mins max to the theme park. The staff was friendly and polite. The area has a few good eating spots for the family. Pool was open to 11 pm so My boys enjoyed the extra water... More

My wife and I came to Williamsburg with 3 friends for a night to just get away from Richmond. We stayed here at the Courtyard because we had a great experience at the one in Miami last summer. We only stayed 1 night but it was VERY clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming and checked us in... More

I stayed here with my wife and 2 daughters, ages 3 years and 8 months, for one night. We checked in around 8:30pm and were greeted by a very friendly Megan. She helped me upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite and explained each room which helped us in our decision making. We were deciding whether or not to use our... More

We stayed ten days over Christmas and were anxious before arrival, hoping our stay would be fine, and it could not have been better! Every phone contact with Megan pre-arrival was helpful and she was patient and friendly (and turned out she was accurate too). On arrival, more of the same. Very rarely do you find a room without a... More

We stayed here right after Christmas, in a last-minute impulse trip. About 10 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, this hotel is just fine for the area. The rooms were clean and roomy. Fire places in the modern and newly renovated lobby provide the feeling of home in the winter time. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed during... More

Sadly, I forgot to put my husband's Tums in the suitcase so we were SO happy their 24 hour market was open and I could get him some Tums (after 10 pm) without having to go to the drug store. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable - not to mention the WiFi is included - which is what we... More

This was a decent hotel I stayed at. It wasn't one of the best, but it was better however. The staff was nice, the prices were good and the room was clean and the balcony was nice to. They have a cool bar and a nice swimming pool as well.

The hotel is less than 5 min from Busch Gardens, straight down Rt. 60. We just returned from a wonderful stay. We found the hotel to be very clean and everything looked newly renovated. The room smelled as if new carpet had been installed and was plenty spacious. The beds were very comfy too. While there, we enjoyed the indoor... More

We stayed for two nights during Thanksgiving week. Our room (a suite) was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. BUT - the rest of the hotel seemed dingy and tired. The carpets are old, the floor inside the elevator was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while, the doorways were marred. We didn't even venture... More

Have had good experienced with Courtyards in the past. This time was no exception. Room was clean, although somewhat cramped for two adults and a five year old. Food @ the bistro was good. Tried it after a long and tiring afternoon at Busch Gardens. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
