I was truly disgusted at the service rendered here. The man of this family ran business had the worst attitude that any possible business owner could have. He obviously didn't like the fact that I booked this hotel through another source. He in turn told me that i didn't have a reservation as if he wanted me to leave, when... More

Absolutely, positively the WORST hotel experience I've had. And I didn't even set foot in the room. Booked online, showed up and the manager - Mr. Patel - demanded more than I'd already paid. Conversation devolved into him hurling f-bombs at my wife and son. We left, obviously. Went up the street and found a nicer, cheaper place where the... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it just doesn't seem to get better. It's ran by a family that lives on site, in the back office. Their personality when they greet new customers is "matter of fact"; it is as if they can take your money or leave it, to them it does not... More

We pulled in to Econo Lodge for an overnight stay without a booking and decided to spend an extra night as so much to do around this historic area. The owners were both accommodating and friendly. The room had a super comfy bed, fridge and microwave and the room and bathroom were very clean. The accommodation was very reasonably priced... More

STayed overnight on our way to Virginia Beach, Desk Clerk was very polite and suggested restaurant in the area that were awesome. Paid only $60.00 for good clean room, continental breakfast was good. Very highly recommended..

Had a first floor room and there was loud noise of bath tub filling and draining from room above me. Continental breakfast coffee and OJ was good but did not try the muffins. After got home I noticed was charged for an additional night and when callled the office to discuss got a bad response and he was defensive and... More

I have stayed here twice now. The rooms are generally under $50 per night, a great deal less than staying closer to Williamsburg. The motel is perhaps the last one going west from Williamsburg on Route 60, but is close to the Williamsburg Pottery, the real reason for staying here. It's about a seven mile drive to downtown Williamsburg and... More

The front desk clerk (woman whose father owns the property, I think) is as rude as can be. I would not darken their doorway ever again, based on this alone.

On Grand Illumination weekend, this was one of the few hotels with rooms available on short notice, and the rates were very good. The place is definitely run down and could use refreshing & repair (esp. carpets and bathrooms). Beds were comfortable but pillows were useless. Shower was strong and hot. Not the greatest hotel ever, but for our purposes... More

This is a no-frills motel, but the location was great (right off Richmond Hwy), the rooms were very clean and roomy, the beds comfortable, good heat/air, and they offered a senior discount which made it highly affordable at about $46/night. There was a pretty sparse breakfast (coffee, cereal, milk, bread for toast, packaged muffins) but unexpected for the price.
