PATRIOT'S PLACE is a quiet, very beautiful landscaped resort. the biggest downside would be the lack of recreational facilities and internet access on site. There is only a small kids playground, a very nice pool (outdoor) and some BBQ grills on suite. The use of facilities at there two sister resorts is welcome. (indoor pools, internet room* (internet use is... More

We booked a week at Patriot's Place in mid-May 2008 after receiving an offer from a timeshare-tradiing company of which we are members. Despite reading mixed on-line reviews of the resort from other travelers, we decided to see for ourselves. Our experience was in sharp contrast to some of the more crticial reviews we'd seen. Our greeting at the check-in... More

This place was down right cheap we stayed for a week in a 2bed/2 bath unit and paid under $350 for the week! The place was clean and comfortable. There are NO activities (I.E. Pool, mini Golf, etc.) at this location, you must go to a sister resort 5 minutes away. I did not like that we were bugged to... More

We stayed here last week for a few nights. We actually moved out a night early because we were not happy. I read all the negative reviews before we left, so I called the resort to request a renovated room. We got a renovated studio. It was small, but clean. It was suppose to have a queen bed. It was... My husband and I stayed here Oct 7-14, 2007. The room we booked was a 1 BR deluxe (full kitchen) and I said (before booking it) that we require a JACUZZI in the room. They assured me there were rooms w/ that available (the older rooms have them, the newer ones they are renovating do not, but they checked the... More

We reserved our stay thru Sky Auction and were booked for a one bedroom deluxe. We arrived late on Sunday night and went to our room which was a one bedroom efficiency. When I called to inquire about the situation I was told that I would have to wait unitl the morning. I called the office in the moring and... More

My husband and I just returned from Williamsburg, VA and staying at Patriots Place (Sept. 30-Oct.6). We had a one bedroom unit with full kitchen, large bathroom (separate area with a soaking tub) and stackable washer/dryer. We had an easy check-in, nice, friendly staff everywhere we went (we liked Francisco). Turned down their timeshare presentation and were not hounded further.... More

My family and I stayed at Patriots Place in September. The property is very well kept and clean. The grounds keepers do an awesome job with the place. The Front desk staff at check-in were great as well. We were booked into a two bedroom standard (sleeps 6). The unit had been recently renovated and very nicly done at that.... More

Our unit was a 1 bedroom on the second floor with a full kitchen, which was ok in size and amenities for 2 adults and 2 kids. However, the furniture is shabby, the sofabed was awful and the kitchen really just a small area in the living room and difficult to use. If you do want to cook, its a... More

We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to this place after reading some of the negative reviews. The property was very pretty with spacious grounds, fountains and a pool. Our room was in building 4, an upstairs unit. We had one bedroom and a pull out sofabed. The furniture was colonial style. We had a dining room, kitchen with... More
