I visit Williamsburg a lot through out the year and this is a hotel we often choose. This past trip the hotel was crowded with school groups but it still wasn't a bad stay but I may choose another first on the next visit. The room had some updates, was very clean and felt welcoming. The front desk staff was... More

We chose this hotel for a valentine get-a-way night and it was a nice room. Clean & the bed's were comfy, But the next day as my wife was changing & packing to leave and i was at the front desk the maid just walked in on her, After a "very short" talk with the front desk we left and... More

We chose this hotel mainly because of the price, but were very pleased with our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the sights and attractions that we were looking for. The only negative thing I can say is that their wi-fi connection was horrible -... More

I spend a lot of time researching hotels when we travel and many times I am disappointed, even after the research. Not so this time, I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, friendly desk staff, chambermaids, and breakfast attendant. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels, and a large, fully stocked breakfast room. This will definately be our... Have stayed here on previous occasions and have never been disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located to anywhere in Williamsburg and is a well maintained property. The breakfast is average and typical. Extremely friendly staff.

I am a native of Williamsburg, now living in FL, and go back each year for a reunion during the holidays. This is the 4th time I've stayed at this motel, and I've never had any "issues" with it. The price is VERY reasonable.....but if you are expecting the Waldorf, you might as well just continue on. The king bed... More

After a terrible time next door, they moved us here. The staff here is very friendly. Charles checked us in, but wasn't extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions about double charges, etc., but then we were suddenly thrust into this hotel. Katherine the next morning was much more informed about our situation. Charles was a big help on restaurant selection.... More

We arrived late in the evening. We have seasons passes to Busch Gardens and this was an affordable hotel so we gave it a go. We were traveling with a four year old. I am thankful he was asleep when we arrived. But, the neighbors were super loud and drunk. I am not sure the staff wanted to deal with... More

This property as well as many others on Bypass Road is very close to historic Williamsburg. Within walking distance, in fact. But the main reason I choose the "Quality Inn," Tripadvisor showed a very good rating and reasonable pricing. The Monday-Thursday rate was reasonable, but my last day, Friday, the rate jumped up 60% . . . The property is... More

The lobby looks good. The room... our ceiling was spotted with mold marks. Yes it is very humid out there in Virginia, but there must be a way to get rid of that stuff. Maybe damp-rid? No fridge and the towels were thin. The ice machine was broken on our floor. There are other hotels around for the same price.
