This hotel provides excellent service, clean comfortable rooms and is convenient to everything in Williamsburg, VA. We had previously hosted a Navy reunion at this hotel and based on our experience then, chose to stay there when on pleasure trips to Williamsburg. We recomment this hotel highly.

The staff was outstanding and were very helpful. We arrived early and Cynthia was very helpful in letting us change and have something to eat. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. I had a minor problem with my reservation that was quickly resolved. Close to the movies (new cinemacafe), the shopping outlet and uno's delivers :). Managers reception ohhh yeah it's ausome! I frequent hotels for pleasure alot and the hot tub is ausume ( football shaped, good jets). Breakfast buffet lacking a good setup.. 8 out of 10.

The hotel is old and desparately needs to be updated. It was certainly not up to the standards of most Embassy Suites hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Furnishings in room were mediocre. Bathroom really needed remodeling.

Excellent place to stay. The staff have been fabulous. Everyone from the front desk, cooks, managers, and maids. Stayed in a competitor just prior to arrival here. Absolutely no comparison, embassy suites was by far the best.

This is one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel! Everyone was happy and friendly! The hotel is extremely clean and the food served at the morning breakfast was delicious and had a superb chef cooking for everyone ! Loved staying there and we will again!
