I just left here a couple of days ago, and this was the longest I ever stayed in one hotel ( 4 nights) and I can personally say I loved my stay here. We had a room on the fifth floor. The room was nothing special, but it was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the window we... more

Had a one night stay at the Embassy Suites in Williamsburg, Virginia. DO NOT get a room on the first floor. If you are on the pool side of the first floor, the hot tub and pool are just a few feet from the only window in your room. Pool was supposed to close at 10 PM. People were out... more

Great location, close to all of the attractions in Williamsburg. The hotel was clean. The lobby was decorated very nicely. The atrium had a fountain that was just beautiful! My family stayed in the 2 room suites. The rooms were very clean. There were 2 tv's; a microwave and a coffee maker. The two tv's were great- so the kids... more

Affordable, confortable, centrally-located family friendly lodging. Traveled with husband and 8 year old son. I highly recommend this hotel, however it was not excellent due to the dining experience. I would have prefered being greated and seated instead of having to wait in line at the bar with groups of excited teenagers who were also staying there to place an order... more

I'm surprised this place is allowed to be an Embassy Suites! When we checked in, the front desk manager was asking the staff (including the one checking us in) what they wanted for dinner!!! She then didn't want to give us a king size bed and rudly told the agent checking us in that "They cant have that"... The physical... more

We found the Embassy Suites Hotel in Wilkliamsburg, VA a convenient spot to get a good nights rest with 5 children between the ages of 2 months to 11 years old. First of all it is difficult to find a room that can accomodate the size of our family comfortably. This hotel did this and also provided a breakfast meal... more

We spent two nights here in May. The rooms are smaller than other ES that we have stayed at. However the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. My son was having problems with his asthma so we left a day early and there was no problem with canceling our reservation early. When I spoke to the desk... more

We used Hilton honor points to get our stay for free. This was listed as a category 5 and required 35,000 points. The facility did not seem to meet the standard of other category 5 hilton chain hotels. Very small rooms.....regular room with a wall to create a suite. We used this hotel as a one night stop over to... more

I stay at hotels all over the world for business and do not except the friendliness of staff, high level of service and attention to detail from an Embassy Suites, but that was exactly what my wife and I experienced when visiting my wife's niece for her confirmation recently. From the moment we checked in to our departure the positive... more
