This was a pleasure trip for me and the family (6 of us total) at the Williamsburg attractions. We reserved a suite for three nights through the hotel website (about $130/night w/ AAA discount). The hotel is located on a fairly touristy thoroughfare with plenty of dining and shopping nearby, in many cases within easy walking distance. The hotel is... More

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend arriving on the 4th and leaving the following Sunday. I booked a suite for myself, two teens and two toddlers, rather last minute. A suite was available which I was happy to snatch up. It was more than sufficient for us. i wound up adding a roll away for my youngest -... More

My wife and I spent three nights here and everything met our expectations for a Hampton Inn. The hotel is located on Richmond Road, in the heart of the restaurant area. Our room with a king size bed was an adequate size, not as large as many new Hampton Inns, but adequate for the two of us. Our bath area... More

I've been to some amazing Hampton Inns and this ain't one of them. The building is tired & the look of it a bit dated. And I didn't particularly like the area, off a major thoroughfare with a lot of traffic that's not very attractive (the view outside my window was of the Days Inn just feet away). The good... More

You can't beat this hotel for the money. My family of four had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite for a great price. That also includes breakfast and a light dinner (monday thru thursday). It's clean. Don't expect 4 star hotel treatment and fine linens...there's no concierge, room service, etc. But this isn't that kind of place. It's basic, but if... More

There were a lot of things I liked about my stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was very nice and friendly, the pool was a good temperature and a good size, the rooms were clean and comfortable enough, and the room include a full mini-kitchen with a stove-top, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pots, dishes, and a few cabinets. Along with... More

My sons and I stayed for two week nightsin a corner room with two queen beds. We went to Busch Gardens and Jamestown while we were there. When we asked for directions, we were given pre-printed directions. I don't think that the directions are necessarily the best directions - we took 60 bypass from Busch Gardens directly to the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel because of it's high rating on TripAdvisor. It was a great hotel....but we made the mistake of not making sure we were close to our destination which was Busch Gardens for 2 days. It was about a 15 minute drive and there were lots of other hotels that were closer. There was another Hampton Inn... More

Our young family of 4 stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn when we visited Williamsburg during Spring Break. We stayed in a suite to give us a bit more room and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit cool (the kids didn't seem to mind) and breakfast was as usual for a Hampton.... Based on all the reviews, we expected a really wonderful hotel. We stayed in Williamsburg 5 nights (3 nights at the Great Wolf Lodge and 2 nights here). I don't want to just complain - there are definitly some pluses. So let me start with those: The pros: friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast, great location (10 minutes from Busch... More
