We were scheduled to stay in Williamsburg during the week before and through Christmas. Because of some business we had to arrive two nights earlier, and were seeking a safe, clean, and convenient place to stay before checking into our planned reservation. We drove by the Quality Inn on Richmond Rd. and decided to check it out. What we found... More

Checked in on 01/30/16 for an overnight trip. The check in was pleasant and quick. The attendant checking us in was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcomed. The room was small but well cleaned. The bathroom was also small but again well cleaned. The breakfast they provided the next morning was not the greatest I have... More

I stay at this property three or four times a year while visiting my grandchildren. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable and they have a helpful staff. I could stay with family but prefer to stay at the Quality Inn. Convenient to everything and a good value.

The people were VERY nice. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. Stayed four nights while we were in town to conduct some business near by. Good price, good stay. I gave it an average not because it was bad. just that we usually stay at Holiday inn or LaQuinta, which we really like but alittle more pricier.

When I booked this, I didn't realize it is a MOTEL--no photos of the outside except the front of the entrance. The lobby was huge and attractive. The breakfast area had plenty of seating, but I wish more, if not all, of the tables were of the normal chair size and not the high tables with bar chairs. The "hot"... More

Reminds me of the Rolling Stones song lyrics.... You don't always get what you want, you get what you need!! Cheap ok on the inside, a wreck on the outside. Room just fair, bathroom was tragic!! Needs updating but, you get what you pay for or, see Rolling Stones above!

This is a motel. Its near some train tracks, so you'll hear those during the night. Its also near a busy street, so you'll hear the engines roar. Some rooms are more motel-y than others, meaning they have windows that are directly on the outdoor hallways between the rooms. Our room, in the 300s, had an outdoor hallway but did... More

We stayed here and reserved a Suite. We walked in the door snd got hit in the face with a musky smell. If that wasn't bad enough, the walls are paper thin (could hear the people talking in the next room). There is also a train that runs right next to the property. So much for peace and quiet. Overall... More

Stayed for 3 nights, one of our rooms didn't have a microwave or fridge, the other room did have fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. When we asked the man at the desk (who said he was the supervisor) simply why there was not a fridge or microwave in room he stated that not all rooms have them and that because... More

The price is reasonable -- our room was clean, beds were very comfortable. The "continental" breakfast included "real" scrambled eggs (not the fake ones), potatoes and sausage patties (along with all the other usual stuff -- yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles, etc.). Best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Check-in/check-out was easy. I will definitely stay here again!!!
