Very frustrating that within 1hr we had to get 6 keycards to be able to get into our room...up and down 7 floors each time! The nighttime desk staff left a little something to be desired in customer service, but the daytime staff made up for it. this hotel was just right for everything we needed. we were very impressed upon our arrival. the lobby was beautiful and our room was very spacious..it even had a dvd player..we were not expecting that. our housekeeper was very nice to us and spoke to us everyday, she made sure that she asked us everyday if we needed anything special.... more
