It is difficult to rate this motel because although it is just a basic motel, it is also clean, in a central location with a decent outdoor pool and under $70 a night. So it is a decent value for the money but can't compare with a Hyatt. Breakfast is the minimal coffee and donuts. For those on a budget,... More

Stayed at this EconoLodge over Labor Day weekend. It was clean, staff/owners were friendly, price was right, and it was in ideal location. Between downtown and I-64. Not far to Busch Gardens OR Historic Williamsburg, without all the hustle and bustle. WI FI was quick, and parking at door was nice. Appreciate that they still have some smoking rooms, as... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel while on a family vacation in Williamsburg VA. As soon as we entered the room, there was a dead roach inside the plastic inspection sheet that was attached to the door. Tired from a long day, we wanted to just rest so we looked past the first discrepancy. I proceeded to give... More

We got a good deal here through Priceline Name Your Price, and we needed a place to sleep while taking our kids to Busch Gardens. I was hesitant to take them to an economy place, but my concerns turned out to be ill-founded. Check-in was quick and easy, and when we opened the door, I was very surprised by the... More

This was our first stay at this hotel and overall we were pleased. We stayed for four nights. Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was clean, sheets and towels were changed daily and room was cleaned daily. Comes with a microwave and refrigerator which was nice to have for the food and drinks we brought. A/C was nice and... More

This was our first year staying here, after having bad experiences with other places in the area. The man behind the front desk is very pleasant. The property is very clean, both inside and out. Check in was a breeze and check out took about 10 seconds. The towels were changed daily and extras were provided without having to ask.... More

I gave this a very good rating under the guidelines of the fact that this was a very inexpensive place to stay relative to all other hotels in the area. The rooms were clean and seemed a bit older, but our room was adequate . It is a very small property but very conveniently located to Busch Gardens and Colonial... More

We stayed here two nights while in town to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. Our room was a bit musty smelling when we arrived, but the a/c wasn't turned on in our room and it smelled fine after the air circulated a bit. The room was a nice size with two double beds, refrigerator, microwave, free Wi-Fi and the sink/vanity... More

Stayed here on 4th July. Fairly average motel, nice and clean, free wifi and continental breakfast, short drive to the historical stuff. Absolutely fine if you're just looking for somewhere basic to rest your head.

We stayed for 5 nights, over the 4th of July holiday. The room and grounds were very clean and well-maintained. Despite the "real feel" temps of 100+, our room stayed nice & cool. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Housekeeping was excellent; they even vacuumed our room during our stay. We have 3 kids, so that was much appreciated.... More
