Staff was very friendly and tried to go over and above. Hotel has a lot of amenities including large outdoor gas grills, indoor and outdoor pool/jacuzzi, sauna, store with everything from milk to candy, pizza, even a whole turkey (for thanksgiving). Short drive to Colonial Williamsburg which is very nice. Make sure you get directions from the hotel as a... more

Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (#1814) for 5 nights. The villa itself was large (1300 sq. ft.), and the kitchen had all the items/ utensils necessary to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were furnished adequately (and tastefully) with furnature in good condition. The beds were "comfy". The night after our arrival we shopped for groceries at a near... more

We stayed here the week of Oct. 24th - Oct 31st in a 2 bd. villa. Room 1116. We stayed in the Berkley Manor Building. The room was beautiful, although had a somewhat musty smell to it. Maybe if the curtains and carpets were steamed cleaned this might help. We kept our patio doors open when we were in the... more

We stayed one week in a one-bedroom villa while sightseeing and had an extremely comfortable stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, completely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace that we used b/c the weather was extremely cold and wet. There was also a nice patio/terrrace that we didn't use at all due to poor weather. King bed was... more

My fiance and I stayed for one night when we made plans to go to Busch Gardens for the Howel-o-scream event. The room we stayed in was beyond what the normal hotel room offered. Everything was beautiful, room and surroundings. The security to the room was outstanding meaning that we had to use our room key to get into the... more

I have to admit that this was not my first stay at this location; the draw was it was a Marriott Property and the price was in my budget range. I have stayed here now ...probably 5 times. The property is pretty to look at; needs a little updating on the inside. The price is NORMALLY very good and the... more

I am a seasoned business traveler and rarely does a hotel leave me in awe, but this Marriott Vacation Club property did just that. I stayed in the 1 bedroom villa at a ridiculously low rate and have never had such a luxurious accommodation before. The room was split between a living and dining area, then a separate bedroom with... more

This was the perfect hotel for our first vacation with our infant twins. They gave us a room on the first floor in a building near the outdoor pool. This resort is a bit large and is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately the day my husband was going to play, it rained. They have a small market at the... more

We stayed just short of two weeks commencing in the middle of August 09 (2 adults, 2 kids). We had a 2 bedroom villa that was in excellent condition, quite modern, clean and very spacious. Prior to check in some reviews noted that the rooms were dated and in need of renovation. This was definitely not the case. The amenities... more

When we got there, I knew we picked the right hotel. Every two years, my family takes a vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We stop in Virginia on the way there to visit my aunt who lives in Hampton, and Busch Gardens. The plan of this hotel was that guest rooms and 1 bedroom suites were on one... more
