Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean, although decor was a bit outdated. My only suggestion would be beware of the "Diplomat" coffee offered in the rooms. YUCK! Maybe they should think about upgrading the quality of the coffee. Other than that-nice place. more

This has to be the worst place I have stayed in over 30 years. Though conveniently located smack in the middle of town, this hotel is nothing compared to Motel 6 even. I was with family on an invite from Williamsburg's Plantation Resort and I've stayed in alot of motels and hotels while in service and since retirement but i can't remember one as bad as this one even motel 6'es. The electoric door locks on both the entry and rooms doors didn't work unless you tried more than a half dozen... more

All the receptionist at the front desk were very, very nice and the maintenence people were very prompt. One thing though the room that we had didnt have a microwave or fridge and there was a leak in the bathroom sink. Overall it was pretty good and I will stay there again at someone else's expense. more

My wife and I recently stayed here as reserved for us by a Time Share presentation we were going to listen to. Overall the hotel was not bad considering. Breakfast no more then bagels, cereals and juice but sufficent. The rooms were noticably old but not dirty containing two beds each. One bed is not big enough for two people... more

We stayed @ the Patriot Inn and Suites on a timeshare trip. Initially we were pleased with the size of the suite, the wett bar and refrigerator.
