We got there late, Charles was very accommadating to our needs. We even stayed an extra night. The rooms were comfortable, clean. The only downfall was that there was only one elevator. But other then that the staff was very pleasant.

This hotel is an old hotel; however, it was very clean and the staff was helpful. The manager was very helpful and very accommodating after hearing my bad hotel experience with another hotel. Nonetheless, I didn't care too much for the pool area as it was a little untidy. I loved the attaching restaurant which made it easier to find... More

The Clarion is an older hotel that needs quite a bit of updating. While it has a restaurant, a pool, meeting rooms, exercise room and is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, I did not find the hotel all that inviting. The room was clean and the service both at the restaurant (for breakfast), front desk and the room service... More

So, it's an older hotel. Right off the bat, that's something that you just can't help but notice. It's a rebranded Sheraton Four Points (there are little indications of the used-to bits all over). There are dings and scratches in the furniture, I'm actually looking at a small gouge in the wall near the door, there are scuff marks on... More

This was the second hotel we stayed in on our two week tour of Virginia. There were some positives - firstly, we received a friendly welcome from the young lady at reception. She was keen to ensure that we had all the information we needed, including how to get to Colonial Williamsburg and what to do while we were in... More

Spent 1 night here with family. Clean place to stay. Very friendly & people working around the clock to keep hotel & rooms clean. Needs some fixing up, but, believe they are working on that. Very pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel in advance of our annual vacation, and were quite excited about its seeming quality and proximity to the historic district. However, we were quite disappointed with our experience from the very start. ROOM QUALITY: We booked a king non-smoking suite. Now, I'm not expecting the greatest hotel of my life, but for the price, I was... More

This has to be the WORST hotel I have ever booked in my 30 plus years of traveling and has been given the great distinction of being the only hotel I have ever checked out of in all my travels. We stayed on the first floor and could not believe the dank smell and loud pet urine smell of the... More

I got stuck in the last room on the first floor. Dank smelling room that you noticed as soon as you opened the door. Was disappointed there was no fridge (but then again it didn't advertise one either - but most hotels now have them). Was never able to successfully get on the free wifi. The pool area was enjoyed...
