Friendly staff, clean rooms - I guess we got one of the remodeled ones - 105/ 102 -very nice! The Rusty Musket is a plus - friendly knowlegeable bartenders, gave us many tips for Busch Gardens, local restaurants, etc. The pool was ok -good enough for the kids,was closed one evening for maintainence - bummer. Would stay again. more

This hotel has great service, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is a little older but the rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Had sandwiches in the Rusty Musket and food was very good and not very expensive. Location is great for Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown. more

Great Hotel for the money everything was in order and any problems I had were taken care of even down to opening the fitness center at allmost midnight on my last night their so I could us the washer and dryier because one was not working in the main hotel its not the Marriot but it is what it is... more

The hotel did a great job with the new lobby, which is beautiful, but I was a little disappointed with our room (room 311). The trim could use some paint and there was a large chunk of paint coming off the wall, next to the first bed. Also, the carpeting was stained and the pulls on the drawers were broken.... more
