I was very pleased with the services of Joy Harvey, Brandon Readus and Brandon Duncan. They went out of their way to be helpful to my family while we stayed in Williamsburg. They were all very pleasant to work with. more

I stayed at this hotel for a music trip with 3 of my friends also in the room. It was 96 degrees and the air conditioner gave us problems for 3 days. Also, the room wasn't very clean. We thought our beds were going to be made but when we came back to the hotel that night they weren't. On... more

Thank you for taking time to make us aware that your stay was less than satisfactory. I would suggest that in the future, if any hotel at which you are staying is not responding to your concerns, ask for the Manager on Duty. Most hotels have a manager whom is always available to address these types of problems and ensure...

Friendly staff, clean rooms - I guess we got one of the remodeled ones - 105/ 102 -very nice! The Rusty Musket is a plus - friendly knowlegeable bartenders, gave us many tips for Busch Gardens, local restaurants, etc. The pool was ok -good enough for the kids, was closed one evening for maintainence - bummer. Would stay again. more

This hotel has great service, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is a little older but the rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Had sandwiches in the Rusty Musket and food was very good and not very expensive. Location is great for Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown. more

I am writing this review on our last night. We cancelled a reservation at an another hotel because the web site boasted a heated indoor competition sized pool the most important amenity we consider. the pool was freezing the temp never went above 65. I know because I checked the thermometer myself every day at least once. it ruined the... more

The hotel did a great job with the new lobby, which is beautiful, but I was a little disappointed with our room (room 311). The trim could use some paint and there was a large chunk of paint coming off the wall, next to the first bed. Also, the carpeting was stained and the pulls on the drawers were broken.... more

First off I would like to commend the GWI. They have definitly come a long way. The Cooper Scroll is simply a touch of class. The grand opening of the resturant was beautiful. To walk in and see the place decorated in X-mas decore made me feel @ home. The staff was excellent and accomodating. I never moved my vechicle... more

My daughter gave me a getaway for a Birthday gift. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon I was skeptical. The lights were off because they were working on the electrical system. It was explained that they had just had their grand opening the day before and I realized that the hotel was undergoing a transformation. When my daughter booked the room... more
