Clean room, very inexpensive price... , fitness center, large heated indoor pool, great complimentary deluxe breakfast w/ hot waffles and a staff that was friendly and helpful....thank you Eleanor, Catina (& others). Yes, this hotel is showing some age, but, is kept very clean. It sits off the road so, it's quiet for the light sleeper. Another perk, Golden Corral more

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night to travel to Busch Gardens. The hotel is hidden from the road, so it's quiet in that respect. Inside, it is a bit noisy. The rooms seemed to be fairly clean, but it wasn't spectacular. The beds were comfortable, except that the mattress pad kept coming off during the... more

First let me start with... anyone that a negative critique to this hotel must be over privileged! If that's the case, YOU should stay at a more expensive and popular hotel! We stayed here for a three day vacation and booked our rooms on the internet. We usually do not stay at hotels like these but because all the rates at the other hotels were over our budget we decided to give it a try. The hotel isn't bad, just needs some updating but very clean. The only problem we had... more

Not a great stay--we're big fans of Hampton & Marriott; however, the rates for those in Williamsburg at this time of year were a bit steep. We decided to try this location to save some money. The room itself wasn't too bad--comfortable beds. The stairwell and elevator were a bit stinky, warm, and in some need of upgrade. Our daughter... more

We stayed in Room 112, The toilet did not work properly - three flushes. We complained to the hotel staff two days in a row, on the third day the maintenance man did attempt to fix it but it still took two flushes. The indoor pool is not attractive but was clean and a nice temperature; and the breakfast was... more
