This hotel is disgusting!! The main thing we care about for a hotel is cleanliness!! We can deal with a small room, an uncomfortable bed and rude people as long as the room is clean. If you want a clean room - STAY AWAY!! Our bathroom had hairs all over it and most of them appeared to be pubic hairs.... more

The outside and the lobby of this hotel look great. The halls and rooms, however leave much to be desired. The carpets and the chair in the room were both dusty and the halls smelled musty. Bathroom floor and tub were dirty. One day, only one of the beds in the room was made although both had been slept in.... more

I should have believed the reviews, the check in was friendly enough, but the room a bit shabby and stale smelling. As I had had a bad trip up from Beckley I was just glad to get in the room and freshen up and have a rest. I decided to have a pizza delivered, the box was still in my... more

We found this to be a family-friendly, clean and economical hotel. While the rooms looked a little "old," (cracked ceilings in the bathroom, scuffed up walls), the beds were comfortable and the sheets were decent. The rugs looked to be newer. The hotel was quiet; we never heard anything in the hall or from adjacent rooms. There is an outdoor... more

I recently stayed here from the 6-9th of June, and I found it very reasonable. Yes, time wears things down, this hotel was still very decent for the price you pay. I was with 3 other 18 year old girls ( As I am) and the room was clean, although our towels were forgotten the 2nd day, we just called... more

I had many problems during my stay. My room was not ready until 5:00, even though their check in time is 3:00. There were french fries under the chair. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. There were ants on the dresser. The window was cracked... I asked to be moved and the second room was not much better.... more

From the improperly cleaned toilet upon check-in, to the mold in the showers, to the BEDBUGS - yes! - I couldn't believe I wasn't in a third-world shanty. I have a hard time believing other travelers had a different experience. For $10 more you can go across the street, down the street or IN the street and find better accommodations. more

Floors in room had an inch of dust and dirt accumulated along the walls and edges and the rest of the carpet looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Hair in the sink. Coffee rings and grime on the table tops. Thick grime on lamp bases. Terrible lighting. Black and green slime and grime in bathtub and on... more

We called directly to this hotel and booked the "king suite". According to their website this is a 2 room suite, not! When we checked in I knew this was not what we booked, we had a room with a king bed. Checking with the front desk, we were told this is a "king suite", because we had a jetted... more

We stayed here with our family for two nights. I guess you get what you pay for. On the plus side are definitively the location: from here you can explore the area. Also very good are the lobby and the rooms. It's quiet and clean. Unfortunately, anything requiring a human touch disappointed. It was not very busy, so I don't... more
