My husband and I stayed one night and we were pleasantly surprised. We didn't arrive until late and the front desk clerk was friendly and fast getting us checked in. The room had a whirlpool tub that I didn't expect. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The room was very clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. There is... More

We stayed here for a quick overnight place to rest after a 10 hour drive from Cleveland (10 of us). Rooms were clean and staff was friendly, the hotel is a bit outdated but the price was Ok considering our needs. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways The pool is small and their... More

We stayed here 2 nights because we were visiting Busch Gardens. We had the 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Free Wi Fi available.Complimentary breakfast had hot and cold foods to choose from. Glass enclosed pool was clean. We were able to use our AAA membership to get a discount on room. Restaurants within walking distance.

had to book, cancel and rebook to save $30 per night, Check in was nice - 3 folks at front desk were delightful. Room was ok - clean. indoor pool was warm but enclosure was rusty and needed painting - weeds growing thru cracks in the floor. Breakfast was pretty decent - crowded, but not surprising.

When we checked in, we were treated rudely. One lady was eating in the office and came out to greet us, then was accosted by a second clerk, who told her "she would handle us so we didn't interrupt her meal". She then proceeded to explain the policies and procedures to my wife with extreme attitude, talking down to us... More

We stayed here for 1 night after visiting Busch Gardens and it was ok. If you have stayed in nice hotels prior this will seem "blah", but it was clean, quaint and decent for the night. The breakfast you get is hot with other options like cereal and muffins but the area is small so try going early. This hotel... More

I thought this place was nice. We only stayed for 2 nights. I was disappointed that the WIFi did not work and there was no refrigerator in the room. I also thought there was a pull out bed for our 3rd child, which there wasn't. We all just crammed into the 2 beds. The pool was just ok, small with... More

Stayed here the last night of a golf trip. Location was good for our needs - right off the Highway close to the courses we were playing. I thought the Hotel felt very dated and our room had a funny odor. Check in was was very complicated and took a long time for a group of 10. There were some... More

This is a budget hotel so you can't expect luxury, however it surpass all my expectations, they have a big pool, free breakfast with a lot of options to choose, the rooms are big it was very close to Bush Gardens and malls, they are actually walking distance but since there is no much pedestrian crossing there it could get... Much to our disappointment, this hotel looks so much different than what you would see in person. From the hotel lobby to the rooms and the facilities being highlighted on their website. We got a suite room and we could have sworn the pictures on the website are taken from another hotel. Greater disappointment was how we requested for room... More
