The hotel is well located near restaurants and 5 miles away from Historic Williamsburg, but is a bit outdated inside. The rooms are large but the beds are way too plush. Breakfast was maybe slightly better than typical free hotel breakfast but nothing special. Checking desk staff was very courteous. Not sure I'll come again.

Had a wonderful stay. Best Western Historic Plus made welcoming in the New Year extra enjoyable! After a fun evening at First Night Williamsburg it was great to come back to a warm room and VERY comfortable bed! Looking forward to staying there again for President's Weekend.

We have stayed at the Best Western Plus a few times when visiting Williamsburg, as we love the location to restaurants, historic district, Busch Gardens, etc. We take advantage of the indoor pool/hot tub, excercise room and the free breakfast is very nice. The game/arcade room, is basically just a pinball machine and a couple of other games outside of... More

Rooms were clean, free breakfast was good ( better some days than others depending on menu), Fitness room was in need of attention. Not much to choose from and not all equipment was functional. Staff was very helpful. Location of motel was perfect. One mile from colonial Williamsburg and 5 miles from Busch Gardens. We booked in advance and received... More

While dated, I thought this hotel very well maintained and very clean. Great value for the price paid and the indoor pool was an added bonus. It really has a great location, right on the bypass rt 60, very close to historic Williamsburg and many dining options.

The location is excellent for touring, with close proximity to many restaurants. Two small things bothered me - 1. The TV was not set up for High Definiton. 2. The eggs served for breakfast were from a carton, not a chicken.

We stayed here one night. For the price, this is a good option in Williamsburg. The only issue I really had was that I didn't find the mattress to be all that comfortable, but it was fine for a night. My son and husband didn't have any issues. The pool was warm, almost unusually warm but still comfortable, and of... More

Dinning Area: We were told that there would be fruit and pancakes included in the breakfast and there were none. This is the first hotel where we've stayed that there were paper plates and plastic utensils. Also this is the first place where there is a tip jar sitting on the trash container in the dinning area! Walls in dinning... More

Visiting Colonial Williamsburg, this hotel is located so close. They can pre sell you tickets needed. Staff was excellent. Room was great. On check out we didn't know the refrig/microwave and bathroom hair dryer, it's shared circuit had tripped. Finally called front desk who gave us easy great direction to reset. Bed was comfortable for me who had a bad... More

We stayed here over a weekend before Christmas and found the hotel staff friendly, the room clean and comfortable, conveniently located to the historical area and Busch Gardens. However, avoid the 2nd floor room (#209) located above the kitchen else you will be awaken around 7:00 AM with strong vapors of the breakfast for that morning (waffles/French toast, bacon/sausage) permeating... We apologize for the smell from the kitchen that you smelled in your room. We hope you enjoyed the breakfast items however. We have added a few things to the buffet and they seem to be going over well. Please come back and see us and we promise we will get you a room away from the kitchen, thank you! More
