What a pleasant stay I had! Stayed at this hotel because I was bringing my dog with me. Hotel was super clean and tidy from the lobby, breakfast room, to the individual rooms. Comfy, spacious rooms with all amenities...microwave, fridge, coffee pot, coffee, tea, etc., hair dryer, etc. So very nice. The folks at the desk were super friendly and... More

Stopped in on night one of a 3 day motorcycle trip. This was a perfect night's stay. Aaron, the evening hotel manager, made the stay better than excellent. He was professional, extremely helpful, ensured we were able to take advantage of any available discounts, and allowed us to park our bikes under the shelter of lights and cover just outside... More

Just so-so, Of course I went during fall foliage time so the prices were up so it was not that great a bargain. The room definitely needs an update. Front desk fellow (Aaron) was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If there are other hotels available in the area I would probably not stay there again. More

Couldn't really ask for more. Front desk was friendy. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel had plenty of parking. I mean it's not the Ritz and it doesn't pretend to be. It's good, honest, value for the money and above all really clean. It's also right on the highway and minutes to Wintergreen. More

Very clean room, prompt service, enough selection at breakfast to make a family with picky-eater kids happy -- thank you! More

Our arrival at this hotel was warm and cheerful. We noticed the lobby was a little outdated and seemed a little cold, but we weren't ready to make any judgements. The one thing that really seemed to irk most people at this hotel was that there were three floors of hotel rooms, and only ONE elevator for the WHOLE building.... More

Our family stayed here for a family gathering. The hotel felt safe, clean, and comfortable. And probably less expensive than staying in charlottesville. More

The room was spotless...Very clean and updated. The toiletries provided were wonderful (I loved the smell of the shampoo/conditioner). I had forgotten my razor and asked for one at the front desk...The friendly woman handed me a REAL razor...Not one of the cheap ones I thought I was going to get. I was very happy... The breakfast provided was also... More
