Second time at the Iris Inn. Second time in the Couples Cabins. Wonderful again. Heidi and Dave make each one welcomed. Friday night wine tasting and meet and greet was great. Cold day but warm fire going. Cabins have everything you need to make a meal (- the food!). Cooked each night and worked out great! Weather came up Saturday... More

Our stay at the Iris Inn was wonderful. The owners were so hospitable and made you feel comfortable right away without being in your way. There is complimentary wine tasting every night. The owners gave recommendations for dinner, which were all not far. We went to the Blue Mountain Brewery about 10 minutes away. The room was spacious, extremely clean,... More

The Iris Inn is one of our favorite getaway spots. The cabins are awesome. The owners and manager are friendly and knowledgeable. Another plus is that I can request a gluten free breakfast. We will go back again!

I hate BnBs. My wife loves them. She loves the quaint elegance and getting to know the staff. I hate tiny rooms and shared bathrooms. The Iris Inn is perfect. It is perfectly situated between fun towns and great hikes. The suites and cabins (we have stayed in both now) are spacious and full of amenities. My wife barely spent... More

My husband and I stayed in the Deep Woods Cottage for our 13 year anniversary. Everyone was super friendly. Dave was an awesome host. Dave made sure we got everything we needed and that we were pleased with breakfast. He came over to my husband and asked him if he would like anything else? My husband said “Well I wouldn’t... More

It had been awhile since we visited, and we were so glad to be back! Dave and Heidi really make you feel at home, the accommodations are superb, the breakfasts delicious. We've been coming here for about six years and have never been disappointed, always delighted! We enjoy staying in the main building, but their cabins are also first rate.... More

Booked an amazing weekend away in the cabin! First impression was gorgeous! The cabin was absolutely perfect. Decor was modern, bathroom open shower to outside was perfect. Heated floors in the bathroom, privacy from all window angles. The hot tub was a great added touch to the patio. Small kitchen area was perfect for a quiet evening in. Robes were... More

We stayed in cabin #1. Actually I feel a bit odd calling it a cabin at all. A wonderful private suite in the woods overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Better. I highly recommend this place. Schedule early and plan to take your time. You will not regret it. Wonderful kitchen. Loveseat, fireplace and a TV you will not need. Awesome... More

We will come back again and again and would recommend it to all of our friends and family. We stayed in one of the cabins and the accommodations were spectacular...and the views incredible. The breakfast is awesome, and the quality of the food and coffee for breakfast is amazing. The inn keepers are lovely folks that truly care about the... More

We just wanted an easy getaway for the weekend and the Iris Inn was perfect. The room was beautiful and super clean. We enjoyed the cold weather by sitting in the private hot tub while enjoying a bottle of wine. Very relaxing weekend!
