Iris Inn was absolutely amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. I am very hard to please and not easily impressed, but the Iris Inn is definitely on my list of places to revisit. We stayed at the couple cabin which resembled tree houses. What a view and what beautiful weather! We took a walk up the road which was very peaceful... More

My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway location from DC. Not too far away, but romantic and relaxing. We found all of this and more during our 3 night stay at the Iris Inn. Upon our arrival at the inn we met Dave who gave us a lay of the land and reminded us about the... More

I have to admit, I am biased towards this place, because I was first there, two years ago at a Board of Directors meeting that was held here. I always said, if I ever had a chance to stay there, I would do in a heartbeat. I first met David and Heidi then and I thought what wonderful people. It... More

My spouse and I enjoy an occasional escape from the kids but loathe traditional, Victorian-style B&Bs. Iris Inn's couples cabins are beautifully designed and appointed in a modern style. Everything from the window shades to the bathroom fixtures to the screened-in deck with hot tub, to a firm and comfortable mattress on a solid base is well thought out. The... More

We were so glad to find this lovely, warm B and B in Waynesboro! The hosts were very welcoming and eager to accommodate us, including packing us a brunch when our morning run made us late. A nice location on a tree-shaded country lane made it the perfect spot for us to have that morning run. All in all, a... More

Wonderful people, beautiful location. Convenient to at least a dozen wineries all within a short drive. Everyone at the Iris Inn was incredibly friendly and helpful. View from the main house is breathtaking. The cabins are AMAZING!!! The entire place is immaculate, yet cozy and relaxed. The owners, Heidi and Dave, are by far the nicest couple we've ever encountered... More

My husband and I just returned from a 6-night stay at The Iris Inn and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our visit. Owners Dave and Heidi were extremely friendly and accommodating - always willing to help when we needed them but never intrusive. In fact each morning, as they served our scrumptious breakfasts, they happily made adjustments... More

I heard about the Iris Inn from a friend & decided to try it for our 20th. We stayed in the Deep Woods cabin & it was fantastic. Dave & Heidi were great! Felt at home from the time we walked in the front doors & relaxed all weekend. Even got the spa package which is a couples massage &... More
