Cape Henry Inn offers good value, and a pleasant, relaxing stay. Just come with the right expectations. This isn’t a high end hotel. The Inn is very laid back. It is reserved for DoD families; so the clientele is well behaved, compared to many Virginia Beach hotels. It caters to families on much needed vacations; not teen parties. All units... more

I have been going to the Inn for about 4 years now, several times a year. It is still a nice, affordable place. I can see why others rate it more highly than I do, because they haven't seen the changes over time. The Inn has been providing less and less service and charging more and more as the years... more

Just returned from a weekend stay. Check in was a breeze. We had a dune room, which meant it had a kitchenette. It had a two burner flat top stove, pots/pans, dishes and a microwave above. The appliances looked very new. Main pool was clean and not busy at all. Most people were on the beach. The beach was on... more

My family always stay at Cape Henry Inn when we go to VA Beach. You can't beat the price! The rooms are nice and spacious. It's always clean. Cape Henry Inn is beautiful. The location is perfect. There are TWO lighthouse on the base. The cabins are great for families. Full kitchen, with all the necessaties. Cabins are in excellent condition. One bedroom cabin has a queen, a loft with twins and a futon in the living room. Large wrap around deck with porch swing and pcinic table.... more
