Parking garage was VERY small. After unloading luggage we parked on the upper level which had much more space. Receptionist was very nice and checking in wasnt too bad. My family goes to VA beach every year, this is the first year we have stayed at the Newcastle hotel and it will be the last. We got a two room suite (Rm 501), first impression was horrible. The room wasnt clean the jetted tub didnt work and smelled like mold. the tiles arounf the tub were all broken and the celing was cracked the air condidtioner smelled and leaked water every where. the room was dirty at check in and housekeeping didnt speak english. OVER ALL HORRIBLE STAY! more
