We stayed for a week on an Interval exchange. We had a one bedroom unit. We own in Key West at the Hyatt which is a 2 bedroom unit. We were nervous about the trade in due to some of the reviews we read. I disagree with all of the negative remarks. THis place was great! Contrary to what others... more

This is our first year as owners that we stayed here at the turtle cay. I have to say I was apprehensive after reading some reviews however, I found that the staff was very helpful, there was plenty of hot water, at times it was too hot. We had another couple with us and my cousin enjoyed the jet tub... more

My partner and I stayed for a week-long vacation. It was the cleanest place I've ever seen. The room was huge, the shower hot, the pool gorgeous. Service was excellent, the balcony for eating meals was a nice touch. Yes, the walls are a little thin, but room 310A has the bedroom near the stairwell and is very quiet. It... more

We give the stongest recommendation to Turtle Cay. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff attentive, the pool area is beautiful and the parking is covered. In the 1 and 2 bedroom suites you get a full kitchen and this can save you a lot of money as you don't have to eat out. The beach is a short... more

For a hotel that is across the street from the beach with no good views of the ocean, it is a very nice place. The pool area is great the room big and fairly well appointed. Only thing I didn't really like was that maid service was EXTRA. Didn't know that going in and it's not cheap either. more

Staying at Turtle Cay was like staying with people we didn't know. The walls are paper thin and I will tell you I know more about the renters next door than I wanted to know. We asked to be moved and we were told we had to go thru Interval International. Of course that didn't work. You would have thought... more

I chose this hotel based on proximity to my work location for two weeks at the end of March/beginning of April. The front desk staff is very helpful. The room was good and nicely appointed. It does get a bit noisy in this location. My complaints are the following: 1. Garbage. I don't know why, but my garbage is not... more

My girlfriend and I were planning a trip to Virgina Beach. This was our first trip to a beach and I was extremely happy to find everything surprisingly affordable. Of course, then I realized with dozens of competitors, you have to keep the price down. We went the first week of May and stayed 3 nights. Our research into hotels... more

I booked a weekend getaway for 2 fold reasons. One, I am a travel agent and need places to send clients that have hot tub in room. Virginia beach does not have alot of those so I made the reservations over my boyfriends birthday as a way of celebrating as well. We checked in with ease. Very friendly staff. The... more

The pictures on the internet of the facility do not tell the inside scoop. The resort looks absolutely beautiful in the pictures and no so bad in reality. What is not clear is that the beach is across the street, you are smack in the middle of the busy highway noise and you may have to walk a half mile... more
