This hotel has been used hard and not well cared for. It needs a gut remodel. Room was not particularly well vacuumed. There was a lot of dirt and debris near the elevators. We had planned to stay here. We arrived and were immediately overcome by the smell of smoke in the lobby. We were given a room on a nonsmoking floor - but getting there was the problem. The ground floor and front desk reeked. Fortunately, the kind front desk clerk understood our problem, canceled our reservation, and we moved on.

Very good room we got, housekeeping every day - excellent; free breakfast; the beach - one step from the hotel; I liked how the rooms are - the bedroom in one end and the living room in another, balcony - just perfect. Nothing else we wanted - perfect vacation and we recommend this hotel.
