The hotel was very new. The parking garage is multi-level as are the oceanfront rooms. We were able to park less than 100 feet from our room and not have to go through the elevator if we went for a drive. I only stayed here one night, but I must say this motel was spotlessly clean and the staff was professional and courteous. The free breakfast was a full buffet with hot and cold choices. This hotel has a wonderful location on the beach. We were there during Neptune festival and the hotel was close to all the activitiy. Great location between 10th and 11th streets, especially for the Neptune Festival activities--just a few blocks from the sand sculpting competition. For little ones, there is even a playground on the beach right outside the hotel. We walked to the art booths and to the 8K/5K at 24th street with no problems. All rooms have an oceanfront balcony.
