I paid 465.00 for two nights at this want to be resort. #1. They do not have a fitness center...Hell even quality Inn hotel has a fitness center. #2. They have seasonal contiental breakfast...hmmm that must be during off season time. #3. The elevator takes really long to come down, for a resort with 7 or 9 floors we should... more

We had reservations that i had booked 12 hours before we arrived. We got there a little after midnight, tired from driving 10 hours, only to have been given a room that was never cleaned from the previous occupants. I called the front desk and was told there was only one room ready and that was ocean view. That was... more

Good: - location - amenities (pool, refrigerator/microwave, cable, wi-fi) - response to complaints Bad: - The smell (the deodorizer used to cover the moldy odor was almost as bad as the moldy odor... blech!). It was a lot worse on the first floor than where our room was, thank goodness. - There was only one elevator and it was very... more

The smell of mildew in this hotel was overwhelming. The smell generated from either the carpeting or the bed. The air conditioner spit polluted condensation on my forehead. Upon returning to NY I had to go to the doctor who said I am having a full blown allergy attack from the mold. I was in Virginia Beach for a family... more

First of all let me start out saying that this hotel was a nasty smelling hotel. We checked in and went for a walk down the boardwalk and came back to find our room LOCKED OUT. went to the front desk and the we were told "you never paid for your room". I was ballistic. I had the receipt in... more

First of all, for the price, what did you expect? It wasn't the best hotel in the world but I had NO problems at all. We moved to an ocean front room for the last 4 days of our trip and saw nothing wrong with the 2 rooms we were in. The ONLY complaints I have of this hotel were... more

I found the hotel and the rooms FILTHY. All I could say to my husband during our stay was how dirty the hotel was, and how we should have stayed at the motel 6 instead. more

Mold on curtains. Balcony door doesn't shut, toddler could push it open without us knowing. Ceiling falling down. Plaster and putty on floor-maintenance said they "would put it on the list". nothing done. Elevator lights on call buttons don't work. 1 elevator for the entire place. Stairwells dirty, stained, and reeked. Supposed to be smoke free, but when we open... more

Bedding was dirty; balcony door was very loud; tub was stopped up; refrigerator was not cooling. We got no sleep the first night due to extreme loudness and we had a young child with us. The parking situation was also lousy. We had to pay for parking elsewhere one night due to other people taking up 2 spaces. Some of... more
