Stayed in unit A-405. Two story, oceanfront, luxury condo. Well equipped, good shape, 3 balconies. Amenities of the complex include 2 exercise rooms, seasonal pool, seasonal hot tub, and library. We especially liked the closet in the garage for storing beach stuff. Cart in the closet helped tremendously for hauling clothes, groceries and the like. Beach at this resort is... More

Our long weekend stay in 303A, Propitious Niche, was very nice and had all the conveniences of home. The easy access to the beach (no stairs) made it very convenient for our elderly parents. Parking was somewhat restricted but we knew ahead of time that it would be limited. The unit was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and... More

We stayed in August in unit A-108. The unit was a 4 bedroom ocean front condo on the first floor. The condo was great. It was well equipped, had a great view and was in a good location within the development. It's on the first floor with easy access to the stairs so you don't have to wait on elevators.... More

Our unit was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. It had hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had one of the best nights sleep in the king size bed in the master bedroom. From the balcony we could see the ocean. They even had additional storage with beach... More

We stayed in unit 121B through Beach Pro Realty and could not have been more satisfied. The building construction is sold and made the units very quiet. This unit is very nicely decorated and well stocked. The overall location is nice but at the end of the road so getting anything from the store or to eat involved a drive.... More

Our unit was nice, as advertised by Sanctuary, and overall, we had a nice stay in it. We bring all our own food, so having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus. We did eat at the pool bar one time, and I wouldn't recommend it. The portion size for the desserts was small, but our kids loved the chicken... More

When reading the reviews, please bear in mind that condos are individually owned. Thus, a negative review about a particular condo doesn't make them all bad. We stayed in unit A-104. Our oceanfront 3 bed/3 bath condo was newly redecorated and just beautiful. (Seriously, even the small details like the grommets on the drapery were lovely.)The owner thoughtfully provided every... We rented unit A-422. The condo was absolutely perfect for our 4 adults and 3 kids group. The beach is also beautiful. I used the exercise room and the kids used the game room. The only thing negative I have to say is that there is nothing walking distance and that most shopping/dining/coffee is no closer than 20 minutes drive.... More

I absolutely love this place whenever I visit. This was my second time visiting and we decided to chose a different condo for our week stay with family. What a great decision. We stayed in room 108: Grace Abounds( I think that is the name of it) in the A Building. Though the overall resort could use a little maintenance... More

Condo was filthy....full of bugs and cob webs. I had to vacuum. Not a single baking dish in the unit. The mattresses are very worn. Had wet carpet in the master bedroom. Furnishings are worn. Front door lock would not catch. Again had to call maintenance. I should not have to my vacation awaiting phone calls from maintenance. Pool closed... More
