Rooms were all different decorations like a B & B. Very comfortable and relaxing. Nice pool and work out facilities. Onsite spa is a must. A lot of nearby restaurants varies price ranges. Staff is helpful and kind. more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Founder's Inn. It is a beautiful hotel. The hotel was full because of a large conference being held there, so our room was upgraded at no additional charge. My daughters enjoyed the fireplace in the room (with gas logs) and the roomy sitting area. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The... more

If you want to have a nice vacation, STAY AWAY from Founders INN. Terrible on everything !!!! Rating below '0' = ZERO. I have to spray freshener in the entire room to smell better. The only staff that is NICE is, JONATHAN - bellboy AND Lorena, housekeeping. It is not worth the price. STAY OUT !!!!! more

We had a large, corner fireplace room in the building next to the pool and spa. The room was extremely clean, the refrig cold enough to freeze items, 2 sinks (one outside bathroom), and a comfortable king bed. The kids slept in a queen-sized fold out sofa - the mattress wasn't real thick, so wouldn't recommend for heavier people. We... more

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel and is not a 4 star hotel. My husband and I agreed that the room was compared to a Motel 6! We had a free night pass. When we got there we were helped immediately and I was suprised to be told we were in another building and had to drive around... more

I won't harp too much, but this hotel is amazing and provided the best service for my cousin's wedding. No need to repaet the rave reviews that others have posted, but this hotel is simply one of those storybook hotels! One tip I have though is to book the Terrace CLub membership which will pay for iteslf if you stay... more

My husband and I stayed August 13 - 16 2009. We have 4 children so when we had the chance to getaway just the two of us we took it. The room was king w/ fireplace. The fireplace did not work and we were on the pet friendly floor which I was not aware of. I was attacked by an... more

As a fellow hospitality collegue (restaurant business) I know about people's opinions when it comes to writing reviews and the expectations they have set as they enter your fantastic hotel. These days we have been taught to scream loud enough so you can get something for free doesn't matter that you hurt the employees or the business as long as... more

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort. I read the reviews before staying here and decided to make my own opinion of this resort. The grounds are breathtaking and the lobby was just simply stunning! At check in I had to wait 10 minutes even though there was only one other person in front of me. All I really wanted... more
