This is the 2nd time in 2 years we have stayed here. Service is great. Most employees are very friendly with the exception of a few teenagers working the day shift - not rude just not friendly. Holiday Inn was great. The room was good. Took a little while for the fridge to get cold. The balcony was nice to look out at the water. Breakfast buffet was good for the money( especially that kids eat free). The only downfall was there is main elevator that goes to the upper floors and it took forever for it... more

Older Hotel that needs up-dating. Good location to the beach & boadwalk. Service needs to improve. Concierge was not aware of time or where our two events were to be held in the hotel. The rooms that allow pets are ocean front rooms on the first floor. There are probably prettier rooms in the hotel but this room was decent.
