we stayed here as a last minute trip to Va Beach and to attend a convention in town. the place is older and has some flaws but it was cheaper than all the other available rooms close to the Beach. It was spacious with 2 double beds and a sitting area with futon and kitchenette, no pots, pans , dishes... More

Our family of 5, including 3 teenaged girls, just spent 5 nights at this hotel. On a tight budget, and booking late in the season, the Rodeway Inn was one of a few hotels that fit the bill. Our biggest concern was all the reviews basically imploring us to stay away from this hotel. However, there were many reviews that... More

The room was FILTHY!!! We had to clean everything from top to bottom. The non smoke in groom was not!! It took two to days to remove trash from the the balcony which we set out to be removed. The floors were atrocious!!! If I could post a picture of my daughters socks!! The health inspectors really missed this one!!

We had stayed here a few years ago with our children despite the poor reviews. We took a gamble and it paid off. It wasn't nearly as bad as folks had written--maybe we're just not as picky as some. My husband and I decided to make a quick beach trip mid-week and booked a room because of our past experience.... More

We rented two rooms and did not even stay the night. Both were non-smoking. First room - unbelievable old smoke stench. And dirty - floors, walls, kitchenette. Second room - AC leaked into the hallway - dirty broken tiles in bathroom - day-bed was stained and dirty - and the mechanism was broken. Beds were small and hard. Rooms were... More

The worst place ive ever bee. Filthy bedside table I had to clorox wipe upon entering the disgusting dirty room. Others trash on dresser. Opened a drawer n removed a dirty green blanket and a dead cockroach fell out. Kitchen disgusting. We bought 100$ worth of food to cook that went to waste bc we were terrified. Tried to check... Stay away!!! Sleep in your car, or on the beach, or in the alley, anywhere but here. Room was dirty and run down, and I am being nice. Lots of nice hotels around here, this isn't one. Beach was nice, local food was good but expensive.

Close to the beach, 1/2 a Block away. Dont expect too much about it. It's old. Very LOW WIFI. Can't load a Web page. No room service. Breakfast was mini choco donuts and Coffee with no cream nor Milk. If you rent the suite. Bring your own pans. There is none.

Worst place ever to stay. My husband and myself and our 2 kids came for the weekend and our friends that have a child were down and came to visit us at our room and the owner made a big deal about them visiting for a few even went to the extent to move the cameras on our room door.... More

The staff at check in are the rudest ppl ever! There is nothing nice, pleasant about the staff. The stove in our room was dirty, food was caked all over it! They have big roaches occupying the rooms, make sure you shake your stuff out and leave it outside when you get home. The Pool was the nicest thing about... More
