Have stayed here several times but this visit was a little disappointed. First the positive, great location, was able to check in early, Hilton's new digital check in ahead of time is convenient. Had an old musty smell, not very welcoming. A sales pitch person that sits near guest services tried to get me to go to a 90-min sales pitch to get free stuff... guessing time share. It was a great stay until they had barking dogs on our floor that kept barking. And when got into out room we had no refrigerator, or microwave. I did not know you had to ask I thought they came into the room.

The front desk attendant Lisa was rude to our family members. She brought the entire hotel down, and should not be in any customer service position. As a Hilton Gold member they really treat you right. Here on buisness and it is close to Naval base for me. Had the 10th floor, was not able to put me up in the executive floor. This is a great location to the convention center or the beach if you're vacationing. The Navy does fly until about 8 PM but they stop and it's quiet the rest of the night. We were there on business, and we were hoping to find accommodations close to our show venue ... the hotel is right next door to the convention center! So ... great location, comfortable & quiet room, spacious elevators, well-lit free parking, friendly helpful staff, on-site restaurant, ... and warm cookies any time!
