This Hampton is in a very convenient location just off the interstate, about 15 minutes from the oceanfront area. There was a notice in the room that there are planned renovations for the hotel, which is good because it is a bit worn and shabby looking for a Hampton. They do already have the comfy bedding. My wife and I spent three nights here while seeing sights in the area, and we were both thoroughly pleased with our stay. We took a short trip to Va Beach June 7-11. I had booked the Hilton Garden Inn, but changed to a HHonors stay and this was all they had available.
