The location is great..right on the beach...but at least a hundred hoels at VA Beach can claim the same thing. The parking garage is crazy tight. The outdoor pool is okay but the bar was never open. I must tell you that even though they advertised sleeps 4 that doesn't mean 4 people can be here comfortably. After all of the bad reviews, I was afraid of what I would see. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was spotless. The grounds are well kept and someone was always cleaning windows and elevators. We had an air conditioning problem and help was there immediately and corrected it.... more
