My husband and I stayed at the Chesapeake Inn for a last-minute Valentine's Day celebration, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The room was spotless, the bed was cozy, and the decorations were delightfully un-generic. But what we loved the most was the true service we received. The Inn's manager (I believe), Angela, went out of her way... More

This hotel was once an old Coke bottling factory but you'd never know it. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the down comforter and linens were of very high quality. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and full-sized fridge. The internet connection was fast and easy. The town is cute... More

This place is so quaint, the suite we stayed in was so calming, clean and relaxing, the staff at the location could not have been any more accommodating. We are already planning a return trip to this location, and will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here previously and enjoyed ourselves. The area is nice, provides a great getaway, and was easy to book. While attempting to book another stay, they have been missing in action. They don't offer online booking or even have a website, so calling and speaking to someone is the only option. I have been calling for... More

Wasn't really sure what to expect staying here, but we were pleasantly surprised. It's a small single story inn, but is so very tastefully decorated and very cozy. My wife and daughter accompanied me on this little getaway and we very much loved our stay. Angela was so nice to talk to and very helpful. She offered us a coupon... More

My husband and I stayed at the Chesapeake Inn for a weekend getaway. This place was so cute! The rooms were excellently decorated, clean and very comfortable. We used the surry for a relaxing bike ride around town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had a number of suggestions for activities around town. The Inn's location is right... More

Me and my husband had a nice time and really enjoyed our 2 night stay in Urbanna and at The Chesapeake Inn. It was our first time there. We were in town for a friends wedding at the James Ross River Plantation, over Labor Day weekend. Angela was so kind. However, my husband who is a Dawn to Dusk coffee... More

We stayed at the Chesapeake inn again after almost a year. Once again, it is a special place and Angela even stayed late when we were running late to make sure we got our keys. I can't say enough about the cleanliness and comfort here, not to mention the cozy and unique decor of each room complete with old card... More

My wife and I travelled from Hampton Roads for a weekend birthday getaway. This is a lovely venue, centrally located in town. Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Room was also quiet. Bicycles were provided for guests, a great amenity.

We stayed at the Chesapeake Inn for 2 nights during August 2013. We found the Inn to be very clean and well maintained. The rooms were equally nice. We liked all of the nautical decorations. The rooms were quiet and spacious. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the town marina. The Chesapeake Inn staff was very friendly and always... More
