I liked this Hotel a lot! The shopping centre that connected to this hotel is perfect! I loved the spa and indoor pool. Stuff is extremely polite. 30 minutes to Washington DC. It is a perfect place for business meetings or if you want to stay a little away from DC.

One of the worst 'business' hotels I have ever stayed in. Took over 2 hours to send suitcases to the room despite regular phone calls to reception. Very polite to my face but absolutly no action. When I suggested that I could go and collect it myself they insisted they would bring it straign up. THAT WAS 1 HOUR 30... More

As others have pointed out, this Ritz is primarily a business hotel, and it doesn't have as many bells & whistles as other Ritz's we've stayed. BUT it is also priced much more reasonably than other Ritz's (and other upscale hotels in the area), so we were quite satisfied with our experience there. Our suite was very spacious, the service... An absolutely wonderful hotel! My wife and I along with our 18 month old was looking for a quick relaxing, vacation. We loved it so much, we ended up staying another night. They treated my daughter with such class--often calling her Madame, bringing her toys, running out to get another pair of diapers. It is the people here that truly... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner. The hotel is always decorated beautifully during the holidays. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Linens are upscale as you would expect for a Ritz. We attended a party in one of the ballrooms. The passed hors d'oeuvres of shrimp, goat... More

We decided on a shopping weekend at Tyson's Corner this past weekend and stayed at the Ritz Carlton which we have frequented a number of times before. While the hotel had the expected high end decor of polished wood and marble, something seemed to be missing from the staff. I missed that certain level of deference from the staff which... More

The hotel is attached to a mall, which some people may think is a good thing -- I do not. This is basically a business/convention hotel, not a luxury experience. Hordes of business people in name tags wander the public spaces at all hours of the day and night. The lobby has an odd odor of rotten eggs every morning.... More

Stayed in mid July. This was my third visit to this property. Love the staff, particularly on the Club Level, as they really make you feel at home. And you can't beat the weekend rates. Room was comfortable, until late in the evening when the air conditioning could not keep up. The air was blowing but it wasn't cool. The... More

We stayed here for $179 a night one weekend in September, and really enjoyed the overall experience. Our room had brand new carpeting (could still smell the newness of it), and the beds were super comfy. I like this hotel because it's near an upscale mall, and you can walk right outside the hotel to go shopping, or just relax... More

Based on some of the previous reviews, I was a bit concerned about reserving at the Ritz in Tysons. But, the Ritz has been paying attention to your posts and I had a very enjoyable stay as a result. - New carpeting has been installed throughout the hotel - The staff was helpful and very pleasant - The room was...
