Our air conditioner died in the middle of the most recent heat wave so we packed up and moved into the Ritz for some much needed pampering and comfort. Simply put, they did not disappoint! I was especially pleased with the little touches for our 21-month old daughter. They brought in a real crib instead of the pack and play... More

We live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and found the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson's our "local" getaway. It is extremely relaxing with awesome shopping at the mall connected to the property. Off-season is the best time to take advantage of this great property. Great food and music in the lounge on Friday night! Great spa too!! A must do for... More

From the moment our car pulled up to the front entrance, every member of the staff of this hotel did their utmost to ensure our stay was gracious, accommodating, and worry-free. My wife found a great package rate directly from the hotel which included valet parking, breakfast, and a VISA gift card for shopping at the integrated Tyson's Corner mall.... More

i was concerned originally with some of the negative reviews, but found the hotel to be fine, and the staff to all be outstanding I organized a small office outing and the hotel meet my needs. I will only say, things move slow here compared to other Ritz Carlton properties. They are not all the same, however we are very... More

Never stayed at a Ritz before. We are used to Other upscale chains like Mandarin Oriental, etc. Don't know about other RC's, but this one is elegant in the lobby, but the rest of the hotel was aged and tired looking, faded carpets, very small rooms compared to what you typically get in today's upscale market. The room was more... More

After roosting for the night at Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City (Washington DC) several times in the past, I decided to try their sister hotel in the Tysons Corner mega-shopping area (McLean Virginia) area. The hotel is attached to the Galleria just as Pentagon City is attached to a shopping mall. The original Tysons Mall is is a short drive or shuttle... More

When in DC for pleasure or business outside of the District, this is our first choice hotel. The staff is always accomodating, pleasant and professional. One of the waiters remembered us from early last year, and inquired about our adult children, who had accompanied us last stay. We look forward to returning!

The service was good, everyone was very polite. However, the bathroom was rather small and there was a stain on the floor (the counters were marble, though). The coffee machine in the room was not very clean. The extra blanket had hairs and spots on it. I had to specifically request extra soap after a week without receiving a second... More

My stay at the Ritz carlton was one to remember. I have stayed there for two weeks and have seen nothing less than great welcoming and very helpful staff. The level of care was one of the highest I have seen. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the necessities, coffee machine, iron board and iron to name... More

I liked this Hotel a lot! The shopping centre that connected to this hotel is perfect! I loved the spa and indoor pool. Stuff is extremely polite. 30 minutes to Washington DC. It is a perfect place for business meetings or if you want to stay a little away from DC.
