Looking to stay just outside of D.C. , we came across Embassy suites at Tyson's corner. Had been there as a kid, so decided to try it again. We were not dissapointed! Rooms were very large and updated. Loved the seprate bedroom and "living area. Can't beat the made to order breakfast and managers reception! Open bar and special drinks... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on a business trip. The hotel was clean and open. During the week they had free drinks in the lounge and in the mornings they had an awesome continental breakfast complete w/ a chef making custom omelets. The pool had a life guard on duty and the fitness center had decent equipment... More

A typical embassy suites - room is: living room, mini-kitchen (microwave/minifridge/wetbar), and bedroom. The atrium is very pretty - your room overlooks atrium on one side and shopping/buildings on other. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice - a little on small side and will become very busy if hotel is fully booked. A nice amenity is the evening... More

I just spent two full weeks here on a business trip and come away feeling very pleased with my selection of this property. The staff was outstanding, always smiling and helpful from the front desk to the housekeepers. My room was clean and modern with no problems encountered and I sure do like the Hilton bedding. The rooms were quiet... More

Our family was very pleased with the accomadations and the included breakfast. The hotel only has king beds and queen size pullouts. Not very easy for a family of 4, The Metro construction is tedious but you can easily get around. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Embassy suites hires great people and they demonstrate it every day.

We stayed for the weekend to visit Washington DC with our sons, 4 and 7. The price was very reasonable. We paid $89/night which included a wonderful buffet breakfast for the four of us each day. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. The suite was comfortable and just right for our family. The boys... More

We went to DC on a family vacation. Loved the location of Tysons Corner. Close to the mall, restaurants and the metro stop. The shuttle drivers were very accomodating. We had two teenagers with us and stayed in a corner room. Very, very large! We had a separate section with a king bed where we could close the door! Breakfast... More

The public areas of this Embassy Suites -- such as the lobby, breakfast area, etc -- were kept immaculately clean. Same was true for our room (except for a permanent stain on the coffee table). The staff was professional, friendly and (most importantly) competent, especially the crew in the breakfast / manager's reception area. The chefs produced excellent breakfasts and... More

My husband and I stayed here from June 30-July 3rd. The hotel was very clean. If you are worried about security, there is a safe in the bedroom. The hotel is modern with flat tv's and an adapter for iPods. The breakfast was the best. Made to order omelets , bacon, sausage, fruit. Etc... It is a money saver. The... More
