Nobody would pretend that this is a luxury hotel, but it is a good place to stay. The management follows the rule book perfectly and ensures that everything is done properly. The rooms are quite large, standard chain hotel rooms, with pleasant furnishings and a comfortable bed, but - be warned - a noisy heat and a/c unit. The free... More

This hotel was selected at short notice, mostly due to its price and location, and exceeded all expectations. The room was large, well appointed, clean, the beds large and comfortabe with the soap and toiletries first class. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. the continental breakfast includes one hot egg and one hot meat dish, hot waffles and as full... More

Quick check in, easy parking. Twas a quiet night this Friday evening with an ensuing good nights sleep. The hotel is older with outside halls but was clean with pretty good beds. Breakfast was the standard hotel food with the addition of the waffles. Everything was kept stocked and the coffee was pretty good. A good sleep for a good... More

We found the rooms clean and adequate. The clerk doing the check in was friendly and efficient. Our rooms were on the third floor. When we got off the elevator the room numbers all started with the number 2. We tried the second floor and those numbers also started with the number 2. We called the front desk for help... More

If you want to stay in the Tysons Corner area and not spend two arms and a leg on a fancy hotel, this is your place. The motel provides a shuttle service to any location in the immediate area, and if you wish to journey to other parts of Washington, a metro station is located just 1/10th of a mile... More

The MOTEL was very rundown and dirty. As with any MOTEL, outside noise was very distracting. The room was not clean and everything was worn out with the exception of the TV, which was very nice. After seeing bugs in the bathroom, I knew it was my last night in the MOTEL. I would not recommend this MOTEL to anyone.... More

From this start, I knew we were not in the same place advertised on their homepage. The room has seen better days. Furniture was shabby, dirty and should have retired years ago. Toilet seat was falling off the commode. Hvac unit was noisy and hardly functioned. The staff was discourteous and indifferent to our needs. Not what I expected from... More

The staff is friendly, they do daily room cleaning and they do their job well. They need to red the rooms which has old sockets from where your cellphone/laptop chargers slide off and is a bit congested in size. But the clean change of linen makes up for it. The laundry is expensive though. But it is pretty much placed... More

Pros: Cheap, breakfast included - cereals/waffle maker/drinks/fresh fruit, free parking Cons: Motel feel - not a hotel, old, small shabby old rooms, discourteous staff, odd layout of hotel makes it feel unsafe, loud I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Great place. Take the new Silver Line Metro from DC and get off at the Spring Hill stop. Go down the exit stairs and turn right. 1-1/2 blocks (across from the Honda dealership). 4 blocks from Walmart. 5 blocks from good restaurants. Great rooms. Nice pool. Large dining room for the full and free breakfast. We got into DC late... More
