I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service that the staff provides , at this Marriott. Mr John Chisman, Ms Shonda Johnson. The staff was working at a another hotel, I stayed their to my dismay, I was quite upset to find that the two most exceptional employees was no longer working at that hotel, We checked out, told the GM, I would not return th thast hotel again (Candelwood Suites) I searched around until I located Mr Chisman and Ms Johnson. I feel as thought we receive the best customer service at this hotel that you would ever want on your vacation or business trip. When you are in the Newport News area, check out this hotel you will return for your future stays. We love the environment for my family and friends, It is also a good location for military families or a single soldier.
