We've just returned from our 3rd visit to the Inn at Vaucluse Spring and were just as thrilled this time as we were our previous two visits. We traveled with two other couples and we stayed in the 3 downstairs bedrooms, which gave us the whole floor to ourselves. The rooms are absolutely charming and very romantic. The whole place... We did months of research (including incognito eating and staying at all our potential venues), and the Inn at Vaucluse Spring was an overall standout winner for our intimate (30 person) wedding in November 2006. Because we rented out the whole property, we were able to see all rooms in the inn as well as to get to know the... More

The Inn is a fantastic getaway if you want to escape the DC metropolitan area without driving for miles and miles. Nine of us visited during the holidays and we could not have been happier with the accommodations, the food, or the exemplary service. First and foremost, we were able to make a reservation for just one night for that... More

We loved our second stay at Vaucluse Spring - accommodations were beautiful and cozy, the food was fabulous, the innkeepers were friendly and funny and attentive. Hope to get back again soon!

We have stayed with Barry & Neil several times over the past few years and each time the experience seems to reach a greater high !! And our latest stay with them just last month in December was great !! No matter what the season, the Inn, its accomodations, the food, the staff, and especially Barry & Neil are just... More

This idyllic inn was fantastic! Great location, near Winchester, the Shenandoah River and many wineries. Good food, friendly staff and a host with a sense of humor. Will go back often.

We enjoyed walking around the beautiful property and staying in a quaint, historical room and eating tasty comfort food. We will return again soon.

We just returned from a weekend at the Inn and cannot believe how wonderful it was. Every year my boyfriend and I pick somewhere not too far from the DC area to have "our Christmas" before Christmas Day. I read about the Inn in Southern Living magazine and decided this would be our adventure this year. We stayed in the... More

Our night in the log cabin at the Inn at Vaucluse Springs reminded me of my old homeplace deep in the Smokies. The moon shining above the Mill Pond put us in the mood for just sitting on the front porch. Pansy then spent hours mesmerized by the flames dancing in the fireplace. I highly recommend this fine inn to... More

Enjoyed my second visit to Inn at Vaucluse Springs and brought my husband to enjoy this wonderful bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Jones room in the Manor house and loved the room. It is beautifully appointed with rich fabrics and furnishings. We enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool tub with the gas fireplace on. No snow, but a romantic... More
