We stayed in the cabin outside the inn and it was so nice! Nothing fancy, mind you, but everything was clean and felt like it fit the mountain setting. The creek outside was nice to hear, and the hot tub was very relaxing. The owner was knowledgeable about the area and recommended several places to see and places to eat.... More

Had a wonderful time in this historic B&B located a few miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway in a quiet area. Everything was clean and very well kept, maintaining the historic value of the structure. Charming interior and exterior contributed to the awesomeness of the stay. Innkeepeer was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. We were served a wonderful private... More

Charming, quirky, old-fashioned accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast choices were fabulous and all cooked freshly to order. Entertainment provided by hummingbirds and butterflies on the porch. Lovely.

We found Osceola Mill to be a good value - comfortable room and nice breakfast at a reasonable rate. However, the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed; we noticed a "for sale" sign on the property so perhaps that is the explanation for the vibe we felt. It was not a problem for us but there is no wi-fi or television... More

When I think of our overnight visit at Osceola the word that comes to mind is "ahhh". I've had the privilege of staying at several different inns throughout my traveling history, and this visit will go down as one of my favorites. I personally loved the charm, quaintness and quirkiness of this historic inn. I loved that the floors squeaked,... More

My husband and I stayed here last night on an extended Memorial Day weekend vacation. We were greeted upon our arrival by innkeeper Kevin, who was an exceedingly gracious host. He made us a delicious steak dinner, gave us plenty of great local area recommendations, and was generally welcoming and kind without being overbearing. While staying at the Osceola Mill,... More

We recently spent a couple of nights at the Osceola Mill B&B and found it to be a pleasant, quirky little place. We were greeted by Kevin, a friendly, knowledgeable and loquacious fellow. He offered us a glass of wine while he explained the inn and its history. He took us to our room at the top of the steep... More

My wife and I stayed two nights in "The Granary." We slept with the window open and listened to the water flowing through the mill trace. Comfortable bed and a decent place considering it is in an old mill. Bit of a steep but short climb up the steps to the room but no problem for us. But the real... More

Osceola Mill is a very historic place. The old mill is still very present ... the flume still running water though the mill wheel has been disconnected. Our room overlooked the running water and with the window open made for very pleasant sleeping. The room was large and comfortable with a few exceptions based on its historicity (such as creaky... I stayed here for a couple of nights with my boyfriend. The innkeepers were super accommodating for our weird schedules and generally just incredibly nice. We spent more time speaking to Kevin, who was able to tell us everything we could possibly need to know about the surrounding area and made some great recommendations for things that we could do....
